They were very kind to me they helped me with my cat and gave her all the care that she needed. The staff was very professional and caring. I am glad that I took her there. I couldn't have imagined bringing her to another vet. These guys are the best. Will definitely be going back again.

Very clean and open lobby allowing animals to feel safe if others are present. The staff were very informative and helpful and personalized our experience. Very glad to switch our vet service to this location. Walked into a calm and relaxed environment that considerably reduced our stress as well as our pets.

Have had a great experience every time we go. Just to point out, we drive from Arizona just to visit this location. We just had a recent incident with my German Shepherd Mix and we were given an appointment the next day and all the staff from checkin to checkout were the best!!! My husband can sometimes over talk and ask too many questions, but all staff members had patience with him and made him feel confident that our dog was getting the best treatment and would get better with time. Thank you again!

Just wow! In desperate need of help, I ran my dog at 5:30 pm to get help for a toy he swallowed that I thought had a battery in it. The ER was full and wouldn't see him and suggested I drive to Redlands, but I know better that things like this can't wait. VCA turns out is a 3.5 minute drive from my house so I took my chance. I was panicked and upset (my dog is my baby) They were calming and compassionate and saw him right away! Dr Smith could see how nervous my dog Grandpa was and took extra care to make him feel calm and safe. When explaining to me the good news of the x rays Dr Smith was so patient and never rushed us out. He truly cared and it was a breath of fresh air from what we were used to. The next day he called to follow up- not his receptionist but the actual doctor himself. I'm so grateful for their services and helping Grandpa and can't wait to make Dr Smith Grandpas official vet! Thank you so much!

These are money hungry people who do not care about care, follow up, service, or professionalism! I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes on an appointment & didn't say anything until 30 minutes of waiting time. I live 35 minutes away & it would have been nice to have a courtesy call instead of running behind & threatening to cancel if you're not on time. I took my 2 little guys for a check up that took 10 minutes. I asked about filling their flea medicine & Dr. Smith asked the technician to order it. A month went by and no order & then, I called today & they said they need a blood test. Did they bother to discuss that on their appointment? No! Please do not go here! Also it's old & smells inside. I will call the authorities to look into their practices. What a waste of time & money $198 for a 10 minute check up for 2 dogs.

Let me tell you about this money sucking business. I brought my dog in with an ear infection. Before we got to that, the charges started to stack up. The vet assistants appear to be instructed to suggest various vaccinations that turned out to be unnecessary. Then they wanted to do a ear sample for the lab. I explained she has had this type of infection before. I suggested ear drops that our previous vet prescribed along with antibiotics. They agreed on the ear drops but said the antibiotics were not necessary. Her ears continued to get worse, even bleeding. I think they string you along and would have eventually given her an antibiotic but in the meantime, charging for each followup appointment and more "lab" tests. We cancelled the 3rd appointment, found another vet and once treated her ear infection started to improve in 3 days. The cost was 1/3 less for more treatment in the way of an antibiotics shot and pills. Oh and BTW, we waited no less than 45 minutes each time we were there. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM VCA.

They took care of my two older dogs all the way to the end. One of them had cancer and the vet was very honest with me. She said 'you can spend thousands of dollars but she won't be cured. I can make arrangements to have her euthanized now in a private room'. I chose to take her home for a few days and have the mobile vet euthanized her at home. I drive all the way from Morongo Valley and so does my friend. Love this place.

Each Vet and Vet Tech that our Cousin Vinny has seen has been kind and compassionate. (Even when Cousin Vinny wasn't in the mood for kindness) when he has been sick they have always taken care of him, good care of him. we highly recommend Village Park Animal Hospital. we feel very fortunate to be part of their patient

Dr. Smith is amazing. I have an elder Lab/Pit mix. He is a sweetheart of a dog until he gets into the vet's office. Like we all feel with our pets, Buddy is my heartbeat. He had a huge lump on his side and I needed to find a vet to look after him. After trying 3 other veterinarians in the valley, I found Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith and his team have shown Buddy so much kindness and patience. They removed the lump safely, and now both Buddy and I are much happier. I can't say enough how appreciative I am to have found Dr. Smith. I have never met a more compassionate and caring veterinarian.

This is one of the best place to get care for your pets. Dr. Rioux, Lindsey, Myla and the veterinarian technicians are amazing. They are professional and attentive to the needs of your pets. 5 Stars all around.

Worst clinic ever !! My dog got into a rat trap so we took her in to get check and they said she would have to do blood work for consecutive days and they assured us that we wouldn't have to pay each time but we took her in yesterday for blood work and had to pay again also to tell my partner they have a meeting 2-3 and they would call with results NEVER DID and so we called them today just for them to tell the Dr who was handling this wasn't there today ...so unprofessional will never recommend so disappointed.
