Came in and signed in. Two people in front of me signed in but someone came in awhile after we have been waiting already 30 min and still waiting and they walked in and got helped right away cause they had a trade in?!?! Really?? So all I had to say was I have a trade in to get ahead of the line. That is so rude and bad business practice. Btw my fix only took 5 minutes. That persons trade in took 15min so still doesn't make sense to take trade ins over anyone else. Poor customer service to say the least. Could say a lot more!

these folks would have to improve ......just to be imbeciles.... The abject lack of accountability is simply astounding. Nobody has a last name there's no managers 30 minutes to an hour is a standard wait time and they couldn't care less.... get another phone plan don't stay with Verizon. Don't forget these guys are the old "General telephone" they change their name but not their stripes. They still suck..... run far run fast. These people just wanna earn their hourly wage and get the hell out of there. .....You mean nothing to any of them BTW .....be advised if you act annoyed,( or they think you act annoyed), their go to is to threaten to call the police an event, which no doubt they must implement multiple times a day.... There is no way to express the lack of professionalism at this dump

Wow... Always amazing the LACK of customer service one receives when walking into this store!!! Needed a charger for my hot spot... Can you say Highway Robbery!!!. I have Verizon Dollars... Yet could not access... WTH.. And when asked a technical question I was greeted with the "deer in the headlights response" Buyer Beware!

Walked in with my Google 7, which had stopped working completely. They had me wait in line which was completely understandable, lots of people needed help also.When they text me, inside the store, to alert me I was next. A very pleasant man came to my rescue.It was determined the phone needed a new sim card. Crazy,I have only had the phone for 3 to 4 months. It was on the house...This Verizon store is an authorized Verizon store. I had to drive a little bit further, but the two times I needed HELP, All the service personnel were helpful, polite,and did not talk to you like you were beneath them.I am what most younger salesperson thinks of as a senior. They have talked to me and "have noticed" others my age, "as not smart enough to understand what they are saying"We are not as well educated on these new devices, but we can understand " Treat others the way you want to be treated"And this Verizon location has twice for me.It is worth your time to drive to. La Quinta, on highway one eleven (111).

I am just writing this review to advise everyone for the scan that is happening at this store. I was helped with someone very rude and not introduce their self. Beside that person, was trying hard to rip me off with the help of the manager and giving me wrong information, I decided to walk away. I found out that they did some changes to me account including cancellation without my authorization. I already called Verizon and they are opening investigation regarding this issue.I am just advising everyone to make sure they turn off their access to your account before you leave the store

I am an 18 year Verizon customer. I went into the Verizon Store in La Quinta to upgrade phones for my wife and me. I gave this guy that did not want to be there on Sunday morning my phone number to look me up. He said he would need my ID. I offered the photo on my phone which he assured me would not be OK. We left that store and went to the store in Palm Desert and bought two phones. I have owned several businesses with hundreds of salespeople. if any one of my employees handled a customer the way I was handled in La Quinta, they would no longer work for me. I would rate the customer service in La Quinta very low.

Went to this store to upgrade my iphone 14 pro max to the iphone 15 pro max. Paid the difference in the payoff and then put in my order. The jury is out whether I really need this new phone or not. Still as yet to be decided. The person who helped me was very calm, considerate and thorough...even though he was training someone.

My dad has been out of a phone for 3 weeks now, I ordered a phone through Verizon and got charged that very same day but I have yet to receive the phone. I switched to Verizon from another carrier now I'm thinking I should've never done it, I feel scammed.
