Completely unhelpful customer service. I came in today around 6 PM to ask a question about my account. I unfortunately left my government ID at home however I had my Verizon phone on me. Immediately when they found out, I didn't have my ID, they said they could no longer help me at all. They couldn't even help me answer any general questions not related specifically to my account. There were more workers in the store than customers, and none of them seemed to want to help at all. I asked the manager to come over and help given the circumstances however, he just reiterated that he can no longer help me at all because I didn't have my ID. I understand the stores may have policies, but it doesn't preclude them from trying to help answer general questions.
Completely unhelpful store I'll never come here again. It makes me question why I even have stayed with Verizon for so long. I'm considering changing service now because of this terrible experience

Went in to activate my iPhone I was having some service issues. Derek was the one helping me , he was very helpful and willing to fix my phone issue . And also his co worker Brett was helpful too. Thanks again guys !

Derek is extremely helpful, honest, and filled with integrity. Give that man a raise and promotion. In a world where everyone lies for their own benefit, he help fix our account and get us a new phone.
Ask for Derek if you want someone honest

Verizon does misleading advertising They make you think you will save money and get a phone but when compared to our current plan that was not the case at all !

Helped by Ignacio. Mngr not helpful. Calls to loyalty dept not helpful. So far 5 hrs to get an account straightened out. Still not.

As always, the worst experience ever any time you have to go to the Verizon store.
Service here is garbage and there is no other corporate store anywhere else in the Coachella Valley.
Bought a new Google phone and watch...once money was exchanged, everyone needed to go to lunch.
Apparently lunch is more important than customer service these days.
No help to transfer or set anything up...and it was only the watch to setup...the phone is being shipped to my hous just always a terrible experience...so upset I just want to cry.

Came in and signed in. Two people in front of me signed in but someone came in awhile after we have been waiting already 30 min and still waiting and they walked in and got helped right away cause they had a trade in?!?! Really?? So all I had to say was I have a trade in to get ahead of the line. That is so rude and bad business practice. Btw my fix only took 5 minutes. That persons trade in took 15min so still doesn't make sense to take trade ins over anyone else. Poor customer service to say the least. Could say a lot more!

these folks would have to improve ......just to be imbeciles.... The abject lack of accountability is simply astounding. Nobody has a last name there's no managers 30 minutes to an hour is a standard wait time and they couldn't care less.... get another phone plan don't stay with Verizon. Don't forget these guys are the old "General telephone" they change their name but not their stripes. They still suck..... run far run fast. These people just wanna earn their hourly wage and get the hell out of there. .....You mean nothing to any of them BTW .....be advised if you act annoyed,( or they think you act annoyed), their go to is to threaten to call the police an event, which no doubt they must implement multiple times a day.... There is no way to express the lack of professionalism at this dump
