“Noticed a piece of furniture on the way in and sent a picture to the wife. Went back towards the front of the store after hearing back from wife about wanting the piece. Staff had already loaded it into a truck to be shipped to another location. When I expressed interest in it, they were very nice about unloading it so I could purchase it. Would definitely come back after the great customer service received today.”
