I called ahead to make an appointment. they told me between 45 minutes to 1 hour. cool.
after I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes i finally had enough and walked away.

I went to get my haircut today with my email $3.00 off coupon, but told this particular franchisee do NOT accept coupon promotion. Sad since I had only wanted to cut my hair today for the coupon it advertised. It did say certain locations that honor the promotion. Yet, last week my husband was given the offer of $3.00 off in the Varner supercut. No I will not be returning!

I just got my hair cut by Ariana. It was hot, loud, music was pumping, and there was a bit of a wait so I was VERY overstimulated and on the verge of a panic attack. Ariana was SO sweet and accommodating. She provided great service and such a caring and comforting atmosphere in the midst of the chaos. She was also very attentive and thorough, and I love my hair. Give that girl a raise!

don't know how the owner of the Supercuts makes any money! Every time I call ahead, they say there's a two hour wait and then I go there and nobody's there and then they're working really really slow. It seems like they don't care if they have any business, I've been going to Supercuts for 40 years, but this is the worst Supercuts that I have ever been to. They tell you when you call don't come in now because you're going to break for lunch so there may be a wait but it's like they detour you into coming to get your haircut there it's unfortunate cause it's .5 from my house.

Lol was desperate to cut my daughters hair (it was actually her first real haircut) and the experience was so wonderful. I was not sure what to expect going to a super cuts the girls who work there are SO SWEET OMG!! And they were so patient and nice because all my kids came and it was a lot and they were so nice to them. My daughters hair looks gorgeous and so much more healthy. I'm going to go back in two weeks for back to school cuts for everyone

Ida gave me a wonderful haircut yesterday and I recommend her to anyone. She listens and then suggests how she is going to accomplish my requests. Ida asked as she cut to make sure I was ok with what she was doing. She is very pleasant and friendly, something I have never found at this Supercuts, so I was surprised. Give Ida a try!
