I used the lock that they required and my unit was unlocked by someone other than me 3 times so far. They increased rent rate to 185 for a 10x10 shortly after I rented. Building access is nice.

Was assisted by Josefina. Asked the right questions to narrow which unit would be best. Drive around the property to show the size difference. Excellent customer service. Did not try to up-sell. Listened to my needs. Highly recommend looking for her on this property.

Josh the manager is a manager's manager. He is such an asset to this company. he deals with you with respect, integrity and honesty. He is among the few in the business world who still believes in what great business model should be. And he exhibits them. his helper is also very sweet and kind. of course anyone who is working with Josh must be a true representative of who he is and what he is about. Anyone who post anything negative about him and this location, is having problems with themselves and their location call home.Honest, decent and loving customers loves and appreciates you Josh!

Had a wonderful experience at Storage Quest in La Quinta been here for about 2 years. Received great customer service from Josh and Josefina. They were always helpful when we had questions.The facility is amazing, it has great climate control, easy to access, good amount of carts available, multiple entrances and the facility is always clean.I highly recommend this facility for storing regular items, furnitures to collectibles.

Great service and storage units. Josefina was very helpful the day I went in to look for a unit. She was able to help me find a unit for my needs and gave me great second and third options as well. The prices are very reasonable. The parking is good. Great place.

There’s a reason that this storage facility has a perfect 5/5 as of the time of writing this review. They earned the rating by providing a well maintained environment and excellent customer service. Everything from the ease of access to the ease of renting a unit is a breeze. I spoke to both Josefina and Joshua during the process of renting a unit and both were very professional and knowledgeable. When it came time to check out the storage unit in person Joshua was very patient, knowledgeable, and polite during the walk through. Joshua went above and beyond when accommodating my storage needs and he deserves all the praise he gets from these reviews. Joshua’s boss also stepped in and helped out during the payment process. I highly recommend this storage facility specifically and StorQuest in general. I appreciate all that you guys have done.
