I had a long wait even though they had 3 representatives in the store as it wasn't there fault as they give customers their full attention.Ricardo was great in solving my issues. “I went to the store just to check out the phones and I believe I spoke with the manager. At first he asked me a few questions about my phone and what company do I have. He walked me through all the phones and found me the perfect phone that fits my budget and he also helped me with applying for a program that runs by the government for $50 off. So far I’m so happy with the phone I have. I’m glad I walked in the cricket store and spoke with him.”

The staff are super friendly and the shop is in the mall; no better than that. Get your screen replaced in an hour and check out the mall in the meantime. ??”
