Service is 5 star level. Best selection at great price. Ali is knowledgeable and has a genuine interest in making sure you leave with exactly what you were shopping for...and many times suggests something that I would never have tried but since he remembers my taste, it always hits the mark. My only shop in the valley, tbh, because the service is consistently top tier.

i used to enjoy going to this place, been here 10+ times and out of those times got 2 funky vapes. when i brought them in, both dudes who work there gave me a replacement and it was no big deal. came in today, got a vape, opened it in the parking lot and it would barely hit, like it was clogged and it tasted weird. i went in immediately after purchasing to exchange and dude with the bird (which is a whole other thing?? love smelling bird shit while trying to make a purchase), who has swapped out a vape for me before, basically said "cant do anything, it's flum's fault and it happens often." okay? then why do you still sell them knowing they're not right? i just said okay and he said "i can give you a discount on another one." i just said no and walked out, because why would i buy another one just for the same thing to happen again. they obviously sell fake vapes, don't care, and will just say "whoopsies sorry!" just go to a shop that sells real vapes that actually work.
