“Oh man I was really desperate to find a mattress and possibly a box spring and I came across mattress by appointment on facebook, so I called to make an appointment and junior was super helpful, i told him I had my dog with me and he was like that’s totally fine with me bringing my dog along So I went to check out the different mattresses they have and I ended up finding the perfect one for me , same day delivery and all that good stuff. James and junior showed up to deliver it to my condo and let me tell you, these two guys are the type of people we need more in this world. super nice and genuine so with all that being said it was a pleasure doing business with you gentleman!”

“Keith met us at the door with a warm welcome as myself my husband and my three year-old looked around the store. He answered all of our questions and helped us find a couple of options for our home. We settled on purchasing a rocker that day and left the store with two couch options in mind to discuss. As we were leaving we came across a couch, we had not seen that checked all of our boxes, after getting home and looking at our space again, we realized we wanted the couch we saw as we were leaving. In that afternoon Keith was able to change our order as we no longer needed the rocker that we purchased earlier in the day and he got us our dream couch set up instead. The paperwork went quick and smoothly and I left , feeling excited for a more comfortable living room. Thanks again guys!”
