“Kayleigh (hope I spelled it right) provided great customer service. I decided to go to Absolutely Postal, After leaving a postal annex store a few mins prior. The reason was, the worker at the postal annex told me I had to buy a WHOLE roll of packaging tape to seal my box, because he could not seal it for me. I believe due to me having pre paid shipping label, the postal annex worker knew he wasn't making a sale off me...Back to Absolutely Postal! Kayleigh greeted with a smile, sealed up my box and printed my receipt. I will continue to go to this location, they always provide great customer service no matter what tlu need. Sorry for the never leaving a review... yesterday's experience with BAD businesses makes you realize a good thing! Thanks again”

“I called here from Northern CA and went in to get a box for our move. They were professional on the phone and they were professional in person. This is the type of place that people are required to often pay for things they do not want to and are not particularly happy about it. “This is literally the most efficient place you have ever seen. The owner is so sweet and kind. He’s so fast I really do not know how he multitasks as fast as he does. It has a very central location with plenty of parking. I recommend this place to everyone.”
