I preordered a new refrigerator. They called me the day before and told me my appointment was between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. They arrived about noon. One gentleman came in the house and unhooked the water supply from the old refrigerator. He went back out and assisted the other man in unloading and unpacking the new refrigerator. They moved it to the front door via hand truck. They then went in and with straps, carried the old refrigerator out of the house and took to truck. Then, using the straps, they picked up new refrigerator and carried it into the kitchen. They hooked up the water supply and plugged in refrigerator. They then installed the handles and gave me all the instructions to use my refrigerator properly. Then they finished loading the old refrigerator and left. Most painless delivery I have ever received. The delivery personal were perfect gentleman. Good Job, Lowe's!

Horrible customer service, employees walk past you and avoid making eye contact. Say by the gazebos for 15 minutes, asked for help, waited another 15 minutes. Never worked so hard to give someone money. I left, I can find these products elsewhere and get some help while doing it

As usual, minimum wage workers that would be better suited digging ditches. At checkout, no bags or empty box's offered or available. Even Costco and Sam's Club at least gives those away.But boy oh boy, checkers are quick to ask you if you wanna open a Lowes Credit Card. I responded "sure, if I can get a box for my cart full of stuff" , which again the answer was no. Back to the Depot for now on..

Can't find employees. Took forever to find anything. I even called the store so I could ask over the phone because I couldn't find one in the store. Nobody answered the phone. I sat and watched the girl sitting right next to the phone, letting it ring. Eventually, I found out looking for and check out was also as pleasant as the rest of my experience. This woman literally has not said one word to me. I asked her for an open box discount, and she waited until she was done ringing me up to call the manager. She should have done that first to save time. Never once did she even acknowledge my question. She just kept her mouth shut and continue to do her job.

Honestly one star is too many!I recently purchased a DreamLine Unidoor-LS 59-in to 60-in W x 72-in H Frameless Hinged Satin Black Alcove Shower Door (Clear Glass)from Lowe's La Quinta, Ca.I relied on Lowe's for every aspect in regards to measurements and their so called professional installation service. Unfortunately the service Lowe's sent out to my home ( Taranto Construction, Inc. - General Contractors Upland, CA) & provided was completely amateur and did egregiously subpar installation work; thus what should be a beautiful dreamline shower door and an eye appealing addition to my remodel designed bathroom is instead a horrendous eyesore mess.While I would love to be able to post pictures of my remodel on social media & of my beautiful dreamline shower door, at this point, it is out of the question because Lowe's installation service made my entire bathroom remodel look hideous! Beware and see all the disastrous mistakes the Lowe's installers did by viewing my pictures.I actually spoke with the shower door manufacturer this morning and their professional installation representative was able to tell me from my pictures I sent:1. the hinges are facing the wrong way 2. the hinges are not flush to the wall 3. the door isn't lined up or level at the top because more than likely the hinges are slipping because they are not properly flushed and installed to the wall. This is a DANGEROUS HAZARD LOWE'S and it is clearly foreseeable the heavy glass shower door could therefore potentially slip and entirely fall off the wall and do harm! This would be negligence, Duhh!With all this information I have reported and after speaking to two Lowe's customer service representatives Lowe's is telling me they want to send out the exact same installation company to attempt the corrections but I believe their work was so poor, I should not allow them to come back & feel uncomfortable with their unprofessional presence again in my home.It is unbelievable to me how cavalier the Lowe's customer service representatives are, that I spoke with, and it is reprehensible to me they cannot understand the gravity of my concerns or maybe it's just that they simply do not care! See My Pictures for yourself and I am also including a picture from the manufacturer of how it should look when properly installed!

La Quinta Lowes lost my appliances. We have a dryer and a range that they cannot locate. I've spend several weeks talking to customer service and I never get a call back. I've talked to at least 5-6 different employees, customer service and a supervisor. In addition, they delivered a dented refrigerator. At the time, the delivery person took pictures and told us La Quinta Lowes would call us back. I've yet to receive a return call from anyone in La Quinta. I'm hoping someone from Corporate sees this and can help me.I came back to update my review. It is now November 2022 and my purchased appliances remain missing.

Walked in to this Lowes never again here in La Quinta. The store is disconnected from it self. Palm Desert and Palm Springs much more organized. No help in La Quinta store I asked twice. I needed fence posts the Steele kind for rabbit cage wire! They have it but no one that could help me!

I wouldn't go to Lowes to buy a single nail after the poor customer service that I've received.We ordered a washer and dryer. Long story short - the delivery was cancelled after they called the wrong number, neglected to use the kiosk to contact us from the gate, and neglected to look at the gate code on the invoice. We tried to resolve the issue by calling the store. After hours (literally) of being on hold and being hung up on - we went to the store in person TWICE. We were assured all was taken care of. Nope. The next day we went through the same dance - calling and visiting the store because customer service disconnected up every time. Buyer beware.

I went yesterday night & got poor customer service from an older guy around 30s or 40s, sorta looks gangster...I was gonna buy dirt bags that were ripped & when I was gonna go ahead & checkout he ripped the dirt bags even more& made me walk to the other side of the store to leave. I don't know if his issue was because I didn't speak English . Don't hire people like him please. Ruined my night especially because I'm a customer there.

Well, where to begin? Don't use Lowes to install. They use handy, aka Angi. I ordered a toilet paid for it and decided to buy another. Huge mistake! The items bought separately cannot be merged into one transaction. So, two different plumbing outfits scheduled for different days! The first company accepted the bid and bailed after I called to find out why they weren't at my house. The other company which did show up did one toilet and took the job for the other, but have to come back another day. Handy was no help when trying to merge the transactions. I admit Lowes installation support did attempt to help and made phone calls to handy on my behalf. Bottom line, buy the toilet from Lowes, install yourself or hire your own company to install. You will save time and keep your sanity! Oh, I almost forgot, I asked the guy installing how much they charge to install, $120 he told me, Lowes charged me $189 per toilet!

Luis in the back can suck my dick f****** idiot acts like its the biggest f****** deal to ask him to cut some carpet. Not my fault you hate your job clown . And the ladies that sit around the cash registers talking in highschool your all ugly fat bitches and youre lucky I was so nice with the words I chose. And the f****** dweeb that was at the paint counter and left when I was picking out swatches also a clown. Last but not least the the solid 3 on a scale of one to 10 that was trying to get smart with me, you can suck my whole dick lose some f****** weight and fix your face alittle before you try and dog someone out. And Im talking appearance bc I know none of yall got fuckin money.

Robert from hardware was very helpful and patient with us!! We had gone to like 3 different places looking for something specific thinking we had broken a piece we had, but he took it and fixed it!! Shout out to you Robert thank you a ton!! Definitely will be back.
