This lowes is terrible. 1 cashier on a saturday and this moron took wayyyy too long with each customer. Hire more people or at least put a non-idiot out front who can read. Also the aisles are too narrow to move a cart and the selection was pretty poor. Seriously, west coast Lowes are just bad.

Garden entrance locked. 6 employees in sight and I have to check myself out. Going to Home Depot from now on.

Just want to give Gino in doors a shout out.. Gino did an outstanding job helping me with my project . When there was a hiccup it was handled quickly and professionally. Gino is a great asset to your store!!

Garden center infested with rats. Saw 6 rats crawling around the plants in the 15 minutes we were there. Chewed open bags of product and rat feces all over the aisles. Maybe put your pest control products to use and try a broom.

You read a lot of reviews that are really reviews of one moment or one event. Someone is frustrated and writes a review complaining about that moment. I try to be fair, and to review over a period of time and more than a single event.
So the next sentence is: wow did I have a lousy experience here. And it was about a dishwasher. And promises made and broken. Of frustration in getting an answer to my questions. It was bad, so bad that after a week of run around by the store and corporate Lowe's I cancelled. the order and bought the same unit for a lower cost at Best Buy. So there's that.
Over all, this Lowe's is pretty much like them all, a clean well stocked store that has a reasonable supply of almost anything. I have found that mostly it is a nice place to shop.
Appliances is a weak spot, and has been on several occasions less than great at customer service. On three occasions I have tried to buy an appliance there and been so frustrated with the service I have walked away. Just getting someone to pay attention is hard enough.
I guess by three stars is based on the fact that it is hard in any area to find someone to help. Not all the time, but very often it seems the employees do there best to avoid you rather than help you. And not all the time, I once had an associate in plumbing that went out of their way to ensure I go the right part and understood how to install it.
So it is not an avoid this location, but I wish that there was a greater sense of helpfulness, a culture of customer service. But they probably have the part you are looking for, you just may have to find it yourself.

Exceptional customer service, especially from Steve. We came in to pick up some AAA batteries and after asking many questions to Steve with his patience and knowledge we ended up purchasing a UTV! He even charged it overnight so we could drive it home the next morning. Thank you Steve and all the employees at pick up for making this a great experience. We love our new cart! :)

Customer service at Electrical is horrible. The store associate lied to me about product availability so he wouldn't have to bring it down from top shelf
