I was very pleased with everyone I interfaced with at La Quinta Chevrolet. The Service department staff was very helpful and met my expectations completely. While waiting for my vehicle I spoke with multiple sales staff as well, all where very friendly and informative. I Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you La Quinta Chevrolet.

I just bought this vehicle two months ago and was promised 3 oil changes on them. I just took my vehicle in for it's first oil change since purchasing and they told me there were no oil services add to my account so I had to pay for it out of pocket.

Decided to go elsewhere the customer service was terrible. Christian the salesman got mad cause I said I was gonna go somewhere else. He said if I got the car cheaper from them that he would sue them don’t go to Christian that works there terrible. And it wasn’t a miscommunication he said it in his own words you can’t miscommunicate that. what is done is done he needs to learn customer service. I tried calling sales manager never returned my call. Very poor customer service they care more about money than their customers. The only time they reply is when they get a bad review.

I left my truck for an oil change at 7:15 am, and my appointment was at 8:15 am, I paid for the special offer of 190 dollars for 3 oil changes, tire rotation, and car wash, I called them at least 5 times around 3:30 pm and the truck was not ready, then they called me at 4 pm telling me about that the battery has to be replaced asap, I told them to replace it (second time this is happening in a very short time). I got there at 4:38 pm to pick up my truck and was not ready, then when finally was ready no car wash was done. I used to have very good customer service before not this last time.
