A special thanks to Justin in the service department. On a week vacation from San Diego and a check engine light appeared on my 2013 Cadillac ATS. Very worrisome cons considering our trip back home. I called the service department and Justin said to bring the car and he would scan for the code. I showed up and he checked the car`s computer. He said it was ok to drive but suggested I visit my home dealer when I return home. Quite a relief. Five Star Service. Thank Again

I was completely blown away at the service I received from Michael Kingsbury. I was in need of a new vehicle after a traffic collision. He was incredibly patient with me and never tried to push me into any vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership he had several vehicles running and waiting for me to test drive. He and the sales manager accommodated my unique circumstance and placed a lot of trust in me. I am very pleased with my new purchase and will definitely do business with them again in the future.

I bought a Chevy Silverado trail boss 2021 brand new off the lot. In the matter of 2 year, I have had serval problems with the Truck. The paint started peeling from the lower driver side of the Truck. I went to the service department, and they set me up with a company who till this day schedule the work to be done. I have contacted them many times and will continue this effort. Second the screen center consul keeps shutting off. I need to that the battery from the ruck to reset the system to get the screen to work. I have noted this with the service department as well. Same things happened to the air vent system and AC. I had reset the system and it had worked. So, on Wednesday 10/4/2023 the Air vent and Ac went off again. I have tried to reset the system and check all fuses are good and the system in not working. I called my dealer and the earliest they can see me is Monday 10/9/2023. I call the other service center in the desert, and they said not till Tuesday 10/10/2023. This is not acceptable. I must drive around the desert at 102 degrees plus with no air not even just blowing hot air. This will be my last Chevy and one of the worst services I have ever received at a dealer service department.
