I had taken the tags off the item and threw them away there was no issue when I went to return the item the staff there is very helpful and friendly

Great quality and value.
The floors in the dressing rooms need to be swept, the lint is always very visible eveytime I visit this store.

I was visiting this location on Sunday and a group of ladies were walking around stopping everyone including myself asking if I wanted to hear/learn about god. I said no! They were very persistent and annoying. They convinced a few people and would make a circle around the person and pray for them. We should be able to shop comfortably. I let a worker know that it made me uncomfortable and she’s didn’t say much. Left the store. Management should really step up to these situations.

I went to the Kohl’s in La Quinta and they always say hi to me and the checkers that know me make a point to reach out also. I want to commend Gabe for his wonderful service and paying close attention that I was recovering from a knee replacement surgery and took the extra time to help me in my need. Thank you, Gabe and thank you, Kohl’s La Quinta!

The new checkout/return is not working. Clerks trying to help more then one customer at a time, running from cashier to cashier trying to assist them and check me out at the same time. Plus there seems to be more clearance merchandise then new. And I wasn't the only one complaining while at the store. Maybe I will be shopping at an alternative.

Customer check out was terrible. Stood in line over 20 minutes there was only one cashier to handle customers who did not want to do self check out. I saw four customers who chose to leave. The cashier at the Sephora store was great.

Maria O. Was an excellent cashier yesterday. Store 0677, access code 8892-0214-9976-5609. She checked to see if I had any kohls cash rewards on my account. I didn't ask her to check because I thought I had none. She told me I had $25 in rewards to use right there. The extra step is very appreciated. She asked if I'd like to use those $ in the purchase she was ringing up. Really a nice lady.
