Will never recommend|1.0Report a problem2/21/2023 - CMELING1Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Little Tuscany, Palm springs, CA.I could never in good consciousness recommend Robert Kalin. My perception was that he was crass, lewd and out of the 5 real estate transactions this was the single worst experience. While the home did close, it was a nightmare to deal with. I stopped communicating with Robert as the deal was currently active. He had to deal with my husband because of his continued "antics" and my unwillingness to speak with him. Heath Hilgenberg the Owner of the Keller Williams La Quinta, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Redlands did not follow up appropriately with complaints of the nature that were escalated. I have had to seek outside treatment after the transaction was completed and have recurring nightmares. Robert continued to contact us after the closure of the home. The continued unwanted contact resulted in us needing to block him from any communications.

Everything about this place screams "peel and stick" reno with cheap laminate flooring, stick on tiles and wallpaper, and ridiculous lighting in the hallways (which smell like they were doused in off brand CKOne). Not only that, they advertise free parking however their garage is being demolished so I got to pay for parking AND jackhammer noises. I bumped it up to 2 stars for ambiance.

We were ecstatic with our experience buying a home in La Quinta with the KW team! Andrew Dye was an absolute professional and made the stressful and often emotional process of buying a home actually a pleasure, including finding us our dream home in mere weeks. He went above and beyond to get our input, provide feedback and make well advised recommendations throughout the process. The entire KW team were a delight during our office visits, there seems to be a chemistry there that lacks in other real estate settings. Highly recommended, we will be using Andrew and KW for our future real estate deals!
