I cannot begin to explain how much I regret getting involved with PDT! I was nickled and dimed and I believe very overcharged. The accountant, Norma Ray is never there, is extremely poor in communicating, and getting back to clients. Run, don't walk away. Worst business decision I made was using them. I do NOT recommend!!!!'

I started using Palm Desert Tax based on the recommendation of a friend. Some of the best advice I ever received! Their prices are very, very reasonable. I sometimes have complex returns which they handle quickly and professionally. They are incredibly responsive, with excellent communication consistently. I ask them for last-minute help, and they do it. They make it look easy! I don't suppose anyone really likes taxes, but I urge you to do yourself a favor and start using Palm Desert tax. I've been happy with them for years and I just hope to continue doing business with them!

Mr. Richard Varnell really went above and beyond to help me with my Schedule C tax return. I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder and I get very frustrated and overwhelmed when it comes to anything to do with adding numbers. But being an independent contractor it's very important since I invest a lot of my earning right back into my chauffeur business. It was refreshing to find someone as experienced as Richard who knows exactly what they are doing. Not only that, but he is patient, kind and has a very calming demeanor that put me at ease when doing four years worth of taxes. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate his services. I live in Palm Springs but he is worth the drive down. It's not easy finding honest and trustworthy people these days, especially with all the cases of tax professionals selling your information. I know Mr. Varnell is a man of integrity and would never stoop so low. I had my identity stolen, and he took time (during non work hours) to answer my email and instruct me on how exactly what steps to take with the IRS. I feel blessed and grateful to have found this company and be his client. I will definitely be back every year.
