“Jo is the best; she helped me with data transferring to a new phone that I walked in with and she had the patience of a saint. It took almost 3 hours, and she told me that it would be a while...I decided to stay and wait the entire time. She diligently helped others and kept on checking on my data transfer (I must have had that look as if I've lost data in a transfer before--and I have). I can also say that JP is also very professional and works to keep his customers happy. Not one customer showed visible frustration as the staff works very well together and I could see that all transactions they handled were done professionally and happily. Jacob was working too and I *think* he's new as he had Jo assist on some of his transactions. I am positive that Jacob will be an amazing asset to the team and up to speed in no time working with the crew at the La Quinta store. Again, great job Jo!!!
