Great dealership. Friendly and have good price for the Tucson Hybrid I bought. They went out of their way to get me the car and deal I wanted. The process was easy and stress free. I highly recommend them if you are wanting a new Hyundai.

No stars for poor service with parts department and only on site manager. Called yesterday and had a part put on hold. Went to pick up part, they gave it to someone else,claiming it was a special order part. They had my phone number attached to part on hold, gave it to someone else, irregardless. Went to only on site manager for help, he said rudely there was nothing he could do and I needed to go back to parts and ask for Dave,Dave was gone for the day. I have dealt with dealerships for decades, never had a part given to someone else when on hold. Manager on site was more concerned with writing a sales contract for a vehicle. I will never go to this dealership again. Ended up going to Palm Springs Hyundai for parts. Just talked to Palm Springs Hyundai, we were told they were closed on Saturday by LA Quinta hyundai, another lie. Apparently employees at LA Quinta hyundai think a lie is better than the truth, and admitting your mistakes.

I recently found myself in the market for a new car thanks to an unforeseen mechanical issue with the car I’d been driving for several years. I wasn’t expecting to have to make such a big purchase this summer, but Eddie at Hyundai of La Quinta made the whole situation so much better! He’s extremely personable, kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. He got me to an agreeable
price, and I went with the Hyundai Palisade XRT. Eric made the financing process very easy, too. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it took from walking in to make the purchase and driving home off the lot. I’d recommend Eddie at Hyundai of La Quinta to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Third time is the charm. Three times now Hyundai service department has said vehicle maintenance is done and ready for pick up. Each time has been false. Now this time someone had the nerve to hang up on my wife when asking why car wasn’t ready and that it was unacceptable for our family to b down a vehicle another day

Incredible experience from start to finish. I found the car online and requested information. Greg gave exceptional service. Answered all my questions and made sure the vehicle was what I wanted before I made the drive out there.
Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly Greg and he made the process fantastic.
Jessie in finance is the BOMB and fast as lightning when it comes to paperwork!!
Art the detail guy was an angel and stopped finishing the detail so that we could test drive it right away because we were so excited!
I highly recommend this dealership. They give AMAZING service!

So grateful to know that I can count on Hyundai LaQuinta! This is my 4th Hyundai & we’ve been happy with each one. Over the years we’ve dealt with a few different locations but this location’s service is always top notch. They always answer the phone or get back with me when they say they will. Every time I’ve gone in for a service they’re pleasant, professional & down to earth. I don’t like having to do car related stuff but they keep it simple & straight and frankly it’s refreshing. Shout out to this service department, two thumbs up!!

Richard in the service department is an absolute beast! He handled all of my questions with great care and knowledge really showcasing his expertise in the Hyundai dealership! He helped me to get my car serviced with the dealership in El Centro was being very difficult and running me in circles to service my car. It took one phone call and about a 20 minute interaction with Richard to know that my new car was in great hands! He helped me with getting a new engine air filter, rotating and balancing my tires and changing all of my fluids. Highly recommend that when you call into Hyundai you ask for Richard
