I have always been treated very well by the staff here at Best Buy. Once I had a simple problem but did not know I needed an appointment and the gentleman at the Geek counter helped me anyway- there was no one behind me in line at the time. Today. I walked in was greeted hello and the young woman sales clerk got my order and I went home. I love this Best Buy!

Do not shop from the store. We have been waiting for our washer and dryer to be delivered for a month now and with several attempts they still fail due to extremely poor communication and defective customer service. We called off work and drove across town to meet them because they said they were going to be at our house within 30 minutes, only to find that they were not coming and they decided that they couldn't deliver the washer and dryer due to a slight detour and yet they didn't even notify us. This has been an unnecessarily unpleasant. The condescending staff doesn't care when you get your product and are in efficient at doing their job. They are quick to you off and even hang up on you and deny you manager assistance.

Staff is always quick to greet and provide service. I like shopping at Best Buy because this store provides a large selection of items .

I ordered 4 items for pickup.All were in stock.Then I got there, and they only had 3.They told me they made a mistake and accidentally marked the 4th item as unavailable, even though they still had two in stock.They wouldn't give me the 4th item I'd already paid for. They told me I had to wait 3 days for a refund or I could buy it there by paying for it AGAIN.Complete incompetence. Never shopping here ever again. The online support for this was awful, too. Just a terrible company from top to bottom. They deserve to go out of business.

Always forget about Best Buy's when I purchase big items. I went and purchased all of the TVs from my new home and a dryer. They are very impressive.

Over the years I have spent over $200,000.00 AT Best Buy. Now you cannot even call the store for help, the web site does not have enough detail, and the Geek Squad is not trained. Do yourself a favor don't make your life crazy trying to do business with a company that no longer cares.

I have been a faithful patron of this business for years. After I purchased a TV for my new house, not only did they not deliver it within the week, but once it finally arrived it was broken and the wrong TV altogether. I contacted the staff over 5 times and after a 1 hour hold each time I was promptly hung up on. If I could give no stars I would, but instead I'll just be taking this to corporate. Do not shop here if you value the products you spend your hard earned money on.

I have been to the Best Buy at Palm Desert and compared to the service and this one I highly recommend the Best Buy at Palm Desert today I had to go because they had an item I needed, and it was only in the store. I was having some credit card issues with my Best Buy card and the employee was very unwilling to help after at least 30 minutes he called someone else cause he probably got tired of waiting, while we were waiting with him, he was making jokes through his walkie-talkie that he plugged into his ear while trying to help us horrible customer service please don't go

The customer service is nonexistent. There's a National helpline but you literally cannot call a store. "They don't take incoming calls but we'll tell them to call you." Uh huh. I left 6 messages. I was also patronized, put on hold for over an hour at a time, and hung up on by the operators. The people in the store are inept. We had a tech come to our house and measure for a new refrigerator and a built in microwave. The fridge arrived. It didn't fit. They wouldn't take it back because the delivery guys are not "affiliated with Best Buy" -- they don't even have Best Buy's phone number and of course we couldn't call the store. We had to hire a carpenter to cut into the cupboards to get the fridge in. The microwave was delivered. It was a countertop model. Not a built in. Regardless, the delivery guy/installer tried to make t look like a built in by saying "oh, we'll just saw into your shelves here and here" while drawing on them with a sharpie. WTH? Of course we couldn't return the microwave so we had to call the carpenter again.

I have had the worst experience with this location, it started on 2/18/21 I needed a water filter for my LG Frig, I went to appliance Department they pulled up my Frig and placed an order. I received it 3 days later, it was the wrong one for my frig, I returned to the store back to appliance same representative looked up and said LG is listed the one that was ordered but tried this other one and if it works good if not I'm sorry. I went home once again work filter! I return back to the store for a 3rd time and spoke with management at front door, the called Representative in appliance to assist me. I began to explain to the girl named Minerva she started off very condescending and rude, I trying to show her the numbers on my filter at home, she continues to be rude! I then go to the front for management which one ended up coming to help me complete the process. I explaining to him how I was treated by this rude young lady, he failed to give me eye contact or acknowledge my concerns, until I told him I was very unhappy with the treatment I'm receiving. I explained I spend a lot of money in Best Buy and this service is unacceptable. He then apologized for the poor treatment and would speak with Minerva. I expressed to him due to all the inconvenience the filter should be free! He said he'll take $10 off, I declined because at this point the service I received during the purchase of the filters, going to the store 3 times burning my gas is worth more than a $10 discount! I really hope management retrains Minerva because her attitude and service is a very poor representation of Best Buy!

Stupid service. Called for over an hour and half to see if an item I needed was there and no one picked up. It was a waste of a drive and my time. Pick up your customer service phone. Plus staff was not helpful once arriving
