I don't understand why purchasing two patio umbrellas takes three hours. This is the tag from the store in Palm Springs. NOT ONE BIT OF INFORMATION IS CORRECT AND COMES UP ON YOUR WEBSITE. FOR EITHER MYSELF OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVES! She finally typed it on the register and found it! Normally, you can purchase and have things delivered. NOT HERE AT THE LA QUINTA STORE.... NO....After spending hours figuring out your outdated system, I was told that I'd I have to drive all the way from Palm Springs to LaQuinta. Sure, that will take another two to three hours traveling, finding it because your employee couldn't put it on hold, then cashing out! REALLY! This is why we simply move across the street to LOWES! Seriously, does any of this seem normal? NO, BECAUSE YOU OFFER TNIS SERVICE TO ORDER ONLINE AND GET NEXT DAY DELIVERY! But I guess that doesn't apply to this store. EVEN THOUGH WE KNOW IT DOES!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent installation of four-fold interior laundry closet doors by your company. Despite initially positive interactions, the process was plagued by significant delays, miscommunications, and errors. From the prolonged wait for the doors to be in stock to the scheduling issues with the installation team, the entire experience was needlessly frustrating. The installation itself was marred by missing hardware and handles, further adding to the inconvenience. Despite attempts to address these issues with the assistant manager, the response was insufficient, leading to a disappointing overall experience. I expect a thorough investigation into these matters and improvements to prevent similar incidents in the future.

First of all, my review is misplaced. It was not pertinent to a specific location. My encounter was an on-line order. I ordered a bbq smoker and paid for next day delivery and installation. It has now been two weeks and not completed. They changed my delivery dates several times and were completely inflexible about my needs and availability each time. Their "assembly" service is third party and could not care less about client needs. I have had to make 3 trips to my vacation home to accommodate them and it is still not done. Their customer service people are useless. I will NEVER buy on- line from Home Depot again. Never! If possible my review would be less than one star.

A service member by the name of David was so helpful. He went out of his way to even check other Home Depot's to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Jesus helped as well, I believe he later was was working as a cashier. He too was very polite and professional. Good job Home Depot.

I rolled into HD to grab a replacement garbage disposal. I asked 4 separate employees. 1 said he didn't know (?) and the other three said they would be right with me. After sitting in the aisle going through consumer reports awaiting help for some time, I decided to head to Lowe's. Too bad. I used to enjoy this store and their help.

I'm giving Carlos 5 stars! He was bringing carts in as I was trying to load up several bags of soil, and he called out to me. He said that he would be happy to help me, and he loaded them all. I'm a little old lady and his help was really appreciated. Most importantly, he could have just ignored me and walked right by because he was clearly working on cart roundup.

This Home Depot never lets me down, customer service is very helpful, Especially an employee named triple G ( GGG) he was super helpful and very professional and patient with me. That's is very rare these days. I will definitely be back! Thank you Home Depot for hiring such great people!

Wow! Seems like we get what we get when we go shopping or to restaurants these days. I asked a woman sitting in the appliance selection next to cabinet doors a simple question and she said I don't know you will have to ask them, motioning toward the cabinet without eye contact. So glad that I went around the corner and was greeted by a delightful friendly woman who answered all my questions! Robi Brooks in Kitchen and Bath was an absolute delight! I highly recommend her for your kitchen and bath needs!

Be careful when having a major appliance delivered. HD does not take responsibility for damages and their insurance company Sedgwick won't reimburse you if you don't take pictures even if you have an invoice from the plumbing company you had to call due to flooding.

Granted, times are tough, but JD in LaQuinta needs to do better with scheduling and being attentive to the customer service. It's clear to me that the management of this store does not get it, and unfortunately it's all too-down from there.

I go to Home Depots all over so Ca and the la quinta location is rediculous. A store with hundreds of thousands of square feet and all that inventory and there is consistently only 1 cash register open and no self serve registers open. 7-11 has at least two registers open. Management should rethink what they are doing... It makes zero sense unless their goal is to minimize sales and have a large negative return for this store.

Possibly one of the worst experiences of our life. Ordered a new LG refrigerator and had it delivered. Delivery was on time but the men who delivered it made our life pure hell. They left it on our porch and refused to take it in the house. Their reason was the old one was bigger than expected. We paid to have the old one moved but ended up with no the old one in the house and the new one on the porch. I am 76 and my wife is 70. Impossible to do the moving by ourselves. This is what Home depot has become. No care, no help, no more. I will not buy so much as a single screw from them in the future.

I never want to write a negative review but I have to. The pro desk girls were great at getting our quote, although they would have gaps in responses but handled what we needed. When it came to paying more than 14K the issues became clear. The quote total would change every time we drove in to pay and when paying by check it made a serious issue. Finally, when utilizing a manager they had to add pencils and beef jerky to make out "locked in quote" work only to have be told they cannot take a check over 10K. The pro desk and manager knew our total over the phone and through email but never told us this. We decided to call Lowe's and they handled the entire order and processed payment within 24 hours while Home Depot seemed like they could care less if they got our order. I am so disappointed as I have always gone through Home Depot in my personal life only to find they don't care for the business side. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowe's.

I used to live Hime Depot. Went to get a replacement fridge filter today. The guy sold me the wrong one because he didn't double check on the computer. Opened and found out it was the wrong one. They wouldn't give me credit for the first one because I had tossed it out with the garbage and I had paid cash, almost $60 down the drain. Their new policy- can't return if over $50 without a receipt even if he error was due to their employee. Lowes will be my go to from now on

Me and my lovely girlfriend were inside of the light switch section, this employee, didn't catch his name, he had a loose combover, brown hair, trailer boy glasses (his description), as we were leaving the isle, he says "hey guys how's it going", we say "hey man", he readily says "oh i'm sorry i thought you were a guy!!" to my lovely girlfriend, and he doubles on by saying, "well are you?" after she continues to say it's okay, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!, pissed off. ps. LOWES IS BETTER
