I want to make it very clear that I was a patient at this facility for the last eight years and this place is a revolving door for resident training and all the time that I had to go there for any medical treatment that I never saw the same doctor . Its impossible to develop any kind of relationship with a doctor for continuing care. Getting referral for other specialist is a joke . I was refed to some of the poorest qualified doctors I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself some research before getting involve this place

This Physical Therapy Dept. is highly recommended! Steve Norton was my PT and he is the one I recommend for massage treatment. I never realized that therapeutic massage could alleviate neck and shoulder tightness and deep pain! And Mr. Norton has the best skill. I had 4 different PTs.Also, I want to give receptionist Gracie Perez a 5 star review. Her position requires patience, competence and friendliness. She exceeds in all areas.

Such friendly staff. Got me right in this morning. I was able to get X-rays of my foot and leave with a boot. Front desk, nurses, the dr. And X-ray tech we're all so nice. Thanks for helping me out !

This medical facility was quick and efficient. The front desk checked us in easily as this was my first time here. We did not have to wait too long to see the nurse and the doctor came shortly after. We were assigned the medication that was forwarded to our pharmacy. Good job and thanks!

We were assisted by Joe at the reception area of the urgent care. I recall this is the second time he has assisted me and I had make mention of how caring and efficient he is. I was then triaged by Jamaica who was also phenomenal in her quick check in process. I’m now waiting for Dr. Bayer as I type and I have no doubt this experience will continue to be nothing but exceptional.

Even through the doctors are students doing their residency and seeing patients under supervision , the worst medical practice and management I have belonged to . 1- the doctor "student " was like a drug dealer & wanted to convince me to a prescription of his own just because he didn't like the one I had been on for 20 years with no side effects . Then comes Covid & I tested positive .. I called the office for guidance on what to to : 3 days before the nurse called back . The nurse had no answer to any of my questions & wanted me to speak with the doctor when available . 2 days go by before a doctor called & her 1st statement was .. " I am calling you during my days off " ... as if she is doing me a favor . One day I called for eye trouble , I had to wait for a day to get my call returned & when they did , 1st thing I had to be told " we are under staffed " , why should all these excuses be a concern for a patient ? . Stay away from this place !!!

Checked into facility. 1/3/22. After all information was collected on patient we were told to wait in the car. Four and a half hours later (and past 6:00 closing time) we were told we'd be enterting via the urgent care side door. The patients phone rang while standing in cold outside door and a conversation pursued in which the patient was told urgent care couldn't help. He was advised to go to ER. A phone call after four and one half hours of waiting in the car to be seen by medical personnel AND then told to leave! We highly discourage the use of this facility which was incredibly rude and uncaring.

VERY rude front desk. I’m in severe pain with little movement and came here for a follow up type of thing that my primary suggested and the front desk seemed very uninterested in helping stating “well what do u want us to do” “we don't have …. So i don’t know why you came here”

my doctor is a family medicine resident. I wear a diabetic sensor and am in desperate need for a refill. my husband dropped and broke my two remaining meters. i have made six or seven phone calls to renew and received one call back 5 days ago that my request was on the doctor's desk. Since then, despite calls from my husband, no reply. In addition Argyros urgent care representative told me i just had to wait for the doctor to call back. when i explained that this was serious he told me to go to the ER for the prescription. The level of care here falls below adequate.
