The quality of service being provided by Carrie Babij and her team, makes me feel like a VIP Celebrity. I get instant responses and I enjoy asking questions. I get to learn how to better protect the assets I've worked hard to earn, and I get to better plan for the future generations. Carrie and her team always make sure I have my policies squared away and go out and search for better options every year. I can't say that State Farm had the same care or concern for me when I was with them. I plan to stick around as long as they'll have me. Rate increases or not, I'm not going to get better service anywhere.

Needed a new health insurance agent and found these folks here on Yelp. Was easy to get an appt and just as easy to find my new supplemental Rx coverage. I appreciate Colleen's thorough and professional presentation of my options and found her recommendation to be the best choice for my supplemental prescription plan. I will return for my supplemental medical and I would definitely recommend Desert Insurance to friends and family. Talk to Colleen!

it's not easy to change your insurance. To reestablish all your healthcare is daunting but Colleen has followed the process to completion. She took the time to every step, watching for the correct materials and explaining. she kept me informed and understanding it all. Thank for being patient, understanding and well versed about policy. if you need a broker they were really great! Unfortunately aetna insurance has tanked and will no longer be using Medicare, time to find new insurance call to Colleen, she offered no assistance. I told her I didn't know what else to do but go to an HMO not a PPO.At this time she said there's no options for those on Medicare. It's just a few days before Halloween and I got a surprise which he phone call from the owner of this brokerage I think her name is Kelly or Carrie, she called to tell me my review was detrimental to her company. Three times I asked her the purpose of her call and she went on about her company. I think that was just silly I just hung up. It would do her good to let it go and possibly learn as I have. Life and business is not easy but it's almost Halloween.

I know nothing about insurance and they are always so patient with all of my questions and any concerns I've had. So many times it's just as simple as how you treat people. I called to discuss new health care coverage with Colleen. She told me she would call me back and after two messages, nothing. The message is loud and clear, you don't value my business. Moving on to another agency that does what they say and respects everyone, even the small client. Disappointing!
