It seems lately women clothing seem to be factory rejects. I have for many years purchased clothing from Costco and was very happy. Quality was good and prices better. However lately out of the the 7 -8 pieces I purchase I had to return just about all.Wrong size, poor quality fabric and many defects!! I am a Small size. Your thoughts?

We ALWAYS purchase tires from the Costco Tire Center in Palm Desert. Their staff is extremely professional, and they are always courteous and efficient. Today, "Richard" assisted me with a tire purchase, after he'd carefully examined the existing tires on that car. What a splendid experience! Thoughtful, personable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Hoo-ray for Richard (and the rest of the team at Costco Tire Center in Palm Desert)!

Easy to navigate and find some good deals on bulk items. The pizza was really good! Can get pretty crowded at times, but the checkout lines move pretty quick.

When I went up to the food court to get myself an ice cream. I came to find out that there was this huge gaping hole in the middle of my ice cream. Wtf Costco!! I'm just a girl that wants a sweet treat every now and then and they can't even do that! Unsatisfied!!!

Will never buy tires at Costco again. Tire warranties (40k miles out of 80k tires) are a difficult process of finding the “manager” and getting someone to actually answer the phone. Once you’ve jumped through the hurdles, you’re made to feel that you’ve pulled one over on them if you are success in getting Costco to honor 50% of the manufacturer’s warranty. Low prices aren’t worth the hassle. Unfortunately, after five interactions to get Costco to honor the warranty and replace tires, it is apparent that my experience is representative of the culture rather than an individual staff member. For example, LQ staff called Palm Desert Costco and could not reach the tire center after 30 minutes until they got the direct phone number for their general manager. It’s such a shame since the rest of Costco provides great customer service throughout your experience.

so I visit this store after 1 year of not going because of the same reason I wrote this . 11/2/23 when paying they scan my Items twice and wasnt Sure if I was Paying what was the right amount .i wanted to make sure they were right so then I ask the Cashier And He gave me the run around looking for the supervisor and so my mom try to explain but since her english isn't that good they started Laughing at her . I think that's not Ok to make customers feel that way .

I like Costco because of the good food, I also got the new roast beef sandwich and it was good but it was indeed very expensive compared to the ice cream,hot dog, chicken bake and the salad, because why is it $9.99 and the pizza the same price but the pizza is still bigger, make it right Costco!!!

The Costco in Palm Desert is really nice!! It's always stocked. The lines seem to go much faster than at other Costco's. My family likes to come to this one even tho there is a closet one to our house!

I had an appointment at Costco optometry at 3:00. Got there at 2:20 and waited until 3:40. Had to leave because I had dinner plans with friends. Got another appointment for the next day at 11:15. Got there at 11:00 and was told that they were over 45 minutes behind. Dont waste your time with these people. Drove there twice to get the run around. Bunch of jerks

Very rude cashiers and employees and will never be back and canceled my membership. I do not Except being treated poorly when I spent so much money at an establishment. Buyers beware.

Costco La Quinta Food Court's Pizza and/or their soda machine gave our kids a serious case of food poisoning on October 20, 2023. You know the symptoms - diarrhea when your kids' stools are loose and watery. The only common cause had to be the Costco Food Court. Mom and dad didn't eat there. We called the store to report the issue. We were certainly friendly, but they acted without concern and suggested it was our fault. We just thought they would like to know, but talk about rude treatment! Wow! We'll avoid the food court from now on... yuck!

11 year member and this manager Blanca was extremely unprofessional and walked away while I was speaking to her about a refund. She did not want to return an item I purchased at Costco. She was rude and unprofessional for no reason because another manager refunded me.

I have never seen any Costco that has a gas station that was not busy during traffic hours, I must be in heaven, I pulled in a there was no line, their gas price was also decent around this time, the gas station didn't have a separate page to check in which is fine. I also checked out their warehouse anyway, they were typically having the same items like others locations, maybe less and smaller, I am sure because not a lot of people shop here, again no line at check out, both for self and regular checkout, I am just surprised, not even busy at the food court either, what is going on :) maybe they would pick up some traffic during holiday season considered they already had some Christmas stuffs out, I guess when in La Quinta :)
