Compared to the other Costco in Palm Springs, this location is a lot more chill and the layout of the store makes sense. It reminds me of other Costco locations I’ve been to, making it easy to find things.
The store was well stocked and clean. The checkout experience was also quick. I definitely don’t mind driving the extra distance to go to this Costco location versus the Palm Springs location.

It's always a great place . The samples are always helpful to see if you want to buy a new type of food. The pizza and hot dogs are the best for a great price.

I’ve had my member ship for a while now. I upgraded my membership to the Citibank one and I haven’t had a problem until last week. I went out surgery and was heading home but I had remembered I needed milk & diapers for my kid. I sent my husband to get them while I waited in the car and they didn’t let him use my card because he wasn’t the secondary user on my card and told him to get his own card. Why would I get a second card when he pays for mine already? They wanted me to be present but I couldn’t get off due to me being in pain medication and I couldn’t walk due my surgery. It supper rude and unprofessional for Costco members to not let my husband use my card after him letting them the why I wasn’t there. I had to FaceTime my husband from his phone to talk to the manager and after a LONG WAIT they let him. I don’t have him under my secondary user because my dad is my secondary user so there’s no point of adding my husband to it when we both shop togther. I hope this dosent happen to anyone else. And I hope they have a little of sympathy for others.

I have been a executive member for more than a decade. I love their high quality products and value. What I dread everytime going there is any contact with their employees. They almost always go out of their way being rude or unprofessional. Iam not even asking for any help. So convinced it is a race thing. Very shameful.
