I popped in with a simple, not expensive but hugely sentimental necklace that was just breaking apart link by link. We chatted about my options for repair, he was totally realistic with my expectations, and then went and exceeded them anyway. My necklace is back together and I am so thankful he took the time on something so little!

We finally found an honest jeweler! My wife took her 31-year-old wedding ring to Ken at Cartel Jewelry. He examined it and found that three of the six prongs that hold the diamond in place were either bent or missing. He explained that the ring needed to be rebuilt, and he showed my wife the options for repairing it. She chose to have the ring rebuilt, and he made it look brand new. Thanks, Ken, for taking care of my wife's ring. I hope it lasts another 30 years.

My family is on vacation in Palm Desert, and my husband's wedding band flew off his finder and was nearly lost. We were thrilled to find Cartel Jewelry with wonderful reviews close to our hotel. I called ahead to ensure that Ken would be able to put on a ring guard as we do not have time for a resizing. Ken was efficient but thorough. He made sure the guard was tight but still comfortable. This was a wonderful find, and I am sad that we do not live close enough to Ken to make him our regular jeweler.

Fantastic service and excellent customer service. I adore my ring. The owner helped us pick out a gorgeous stone and made the exact ring we asked for. It's so beautiful!!! We love it.

Ken is very nice but we had an outside person that he didn't really help me he took her word and because he didn't know the story it ruined our relationship which happened to be my daughter. It's been really hurtful for us to not have her in our life over a misunderstanding. Ken should have talked to us first before closing the order. His work looks nice. Not sure of prices didn't see the product before checking my ring to use. Sorry we couldn't do the right thing
