“La Quinta Chevrolet did a great job on diagnosing and replacing the fails BECM (battery energy control module) in my Volt. Too bad I had to wait a month to get it fixed because Chevrolet did not have them available. Especially since 73,000 of these have failed.”

“A special thanks to Justin in the service department. On a week vacation from San Diego and a check engine light appeared on my 2013 Cadillac ATS. Very worrisome cons considering our trip back home. I called the service department and Justin said to bring the car and he would scan for the code. I showed up and he checked the car`s computer. He said it was ok to drive but suggested I visit my home dealer when I return home. Quite a relief. Five Star Service. Thank Again”

“I found the Genesis I was looking for at an Orange County dealership and had an appointment for the next day. I happened to find the same vehicle at my local dealership, La Quinta Genesis. I called and explained I am ready to buy and would prefer to deal locally if they could make it happen. From the first call to Martin, I felt this was the place I wanted to do business with. He guided me through the process, made a fair deal and showed me all the options on the car. The finance manager Eric was great (thank you for your service USMC). There was a small issue with the windshield I found as soon as I got it home. They told me to come back in the morning. The service department took care of ordering a new windshield and it was installed a couple days ago to perfection (Thank you Sandy and Jonathan)!This is a locally owned family dealership and has been the best car buying experience I have had.Thank you to everyone at Genesis / Hyundai La Quinta. Highly recommend!”

“When the digital key (an option) failed to start the car, I returned to Hyundai of La Quinta to troubleshoot the problem. Two employees gave a valiant effort, but neither could solve the issue. That's when Greg Dixon walked up and offered assistance. Working in the 100+ degree weather, he teamed with another employee (Abel) and eventually found the solution. He suggested a follow-up with the service department. I greatly appreciate Greg could have stayed in the air-conditioned showroom, but rather opted to help a frustrated customer.”

“Let me start by saying that Sem in the service dept went above and beyond!!!I Cannot say enough about his professionalismI initially went to the service dept to fix a few problems with the suspension of my vehicle and the a/c, upon further review it would need freeon and some belts, I had taken my vehicle in believing that my "Extended warranty" that I purchased with the vehicle would cover it, supposedly it covered until 100,000 miles, which I was still under. To our surprise(mine and Sem) it did not cover anything, not only was it not going to cover but it had ended 2 yrs prior, due to this misunderstanding I went to speak with the finance dept where I was informed there was nothing to be done, It was suggested I speak with the Service Dept Manager which I did, I was assured they would help me out, And wow did they help, They decided to cover everything that the extended warranty was to cover, AND as to the other parts and labor I would receive a lower price!! There was a misunderstanding as to what work would be done but this also was smoothed over in a professional manner. I am truly appreciative that they helped as much as they did, my car works better than ever! I will continue to go and do any and all of my vehicle maintenance at Torre Nissan Service Dept as Sem as my maintenance advisor.”

“From my own personal experience's with auto care years ago they were more like Jiffy Lube... you pull up to the door and they gather the information (and you leave your key and go in). Now you park and locate someone to write up your car. Over the years this has changed I think partly because of lack of employees.I hope they bring back the personal service by hiring more people. This is the experience I've had at most of them over the past few years. They were professional and helpful and got the work done in a timely manner.”
