“I found the Genesis I was looking for at an Orange County dealership and had an appointment for the next day. I happened to find the same vehicle at my local dealership, La Quinta Genesis. I called and explained I am ready to buy and would prefer to deal locally if they could make it happen. From the first call to Martin, I felt this was the place I wanted to do business with. There was a small issue with the windshield I found as soon as I got it home. They told me to come back in the morning. “A special thanks to Justin in the service department. On a week vacation from San Diego and a check engine light appeared on my 2013 Cadillac ATS. Very worrisome cons considering our trip back home. I called the service department and Justin said to bring the car and he would scan for the code. I showed up and he checked the car`s computer. He said it was ok to drive but suggested I visit my home dealer when I return home. Quite a relief. Five Star Service. Thank Again”
