“Miguel, the Vice President, was absolutely incredible. He pulled some strings for me, to give me a policy that I could not get anywhere else. I was stressing out because I had to close escrow on my new investment property in two days, and couldn't find a policy that worked for my situation (a stand-alone rental). Miguel made it work, and was very easy to work with along the way. Long term, I will certainly do more business with Miguel!”

46050 Washington St, La Quinta“I buy and sell a lot of motorcycles, not as a business, more of an obsession. Anyway I always go to the Auto Club office in La Quinta to register them. Everyone is always extremely helpful, and if you go close to their opening time of 9 am you can usually get in quickly. Last week I wanted to register an out-of-state motorcycle, which means it has to be brought there in person so they can verify the VIN number along with the engine number and frame number. Many, many thanks to Denean Laitinen and Zach who came out in the sun to search the bike for these rather obscure numbers. Zach was very creative with finding and reading the engine number, which was buried under wires and frame arms. They were both super-friendly and helpful and we were all almost enjoying the process. This is a wonderful service and I for one appreciate it, and the staff greatly!”
“I contacted John’ Fords office yesterday to discuss changes in my auto, homeowners and umbrella policies. I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 50 years and Maria, a member of John’s team helped me with the changes. She discussed the impact of the changes in terms of protection and cost and did so in detail. It was a great experience and reminded me once again of the value of having a good agent and staff to help navigate these complex and important decisions.”
