We didn’t have to wait.We were treated exceptionally well by Vic, he was knowledgeable, patient, very easy to talk with and fun.The store had in stock what other mobile companies didn't.It was all easy breezy

Sorry this review is really for Juan at the AT&T on Jackson, supereeeer rude, I've been with AT&T for 9 years and everytime it's time to upgrade, I dread going into the store knowing Juan will be there, it seems like he's always in a bad mood unwilling to help, AT&T needs to audit this store, Juan is not only rude but gives false information!

I'm a new AT&T customer, so when my new phone unexpectedly broke, I came right back to the store for help. Zee was extremely helpful and friendly when it came to customer service. So much so that he had me back up and running the same day.

Jesus continues to be a HUGE asset for ATT. 6 months ago he took the time to speak to me when no one, and I mean, NO ONE would when I was looking for a Small Business Rep. For this reason alone I handed him a 25 unit plus iPhone sale for my company. Ever since then he has continued to go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need, when I need it. Do whatever it takes to make him happy and keep him. People like Jesus are getting rarer by the day.

Johnny is the best!Let me start by saying I was having a HORRIBLE day. I was in the middle of moving and dropped my phone and completely destroyed it. Very stressful.Came in today twice, I was super frustrated the second time because my new phone froze during iCloud backup. I spent a lot of time googling and trying to fix the issue on my own while moving furniture. It was horrible.I was visibly annoyed when I returned and Johnny quickly put me at ease and calmed me down. He was SO patient with me and extremely knowledgeable. He told me to give him an hour and it would be ready. Came back and it was ready to go and I was out in just a minute.Sometimes, on a stressful day, just a little excellent customer service can completely turn the day around. ?

Came to this store to ask about how to handle a faulty iphone through their att protection plan asurion and the guy who greeted me shooed me out in about 20 seconds. I came back to the store where I live in Santa Barbara and received great service from them answering my questions, showing me where to take it and how to write a claim online. They didn't have to but they did. Difference of good customer service and just bad customer service. I'll never come to this store again when I visit.

We have had outstanding customer service at the AT&T store in LaQuinta from Dom, Brandy and Jesus. They have helped us with our Google watches numerous times. I would highly recommend this store for it's excellent customer service.Sara Hoffman

Here’s how AT&T can rip you off: in the fine print, somewhere, it apparently says that an unlimited International calling plan is $15 per month per phone line. If you don’t know this- and we didn’t- they charge you $3 PER MINUTE.They claim they emailed or texted me when this usage occurred. I can find no such email in my inbox, trash, spam or old texts. So AT&T charged me $333 for a service they value at $15. They’ve probably done this to thousands of people.After an hour on the phone, the man graciously reduced this charge by 50%. Big company that has made lots of money off me over the years. Not much as a little guy like me can do, except, as I explained to the patient AT&T employee, put a 1 star google maps review on every AT&T store in America. I’m doing them a favor, since their customers should know.Anyway, the internets say there are 5,361 locations. Wish me luck.Otherwise, I’ve found the people at the stores to be helpful, and the connection is usually okay.

Got what I was looking for and learned a lot. My Samsung phone is not on the list of phones that work on the AT&T network. The prepaid package I bought was not returnable so it had to be used on a loaner iPhone. That didn't work either so another trip to their store to get help. Luckily got a very knowledgeable sales rep who figured it out and got me on their network.

Always great customer service! The past two times we have gone into the store to upgrade our phones, we have been taken care of by Zee & we couldn't be happier. He is an absolute delight! He is laidback and kind but always professional and answers all our questions patiently. The store is always clean and we're always taken care of quickly. We've had our account with AT&T since 2010 and do not intend on changing wireless services anytime soon - we're extremely happy with their coverage and their customer service is absolutely wonderful whether you go into the store or call their Customer Service Line. 100% recommend!
