Shopped here before and found some good deals.Returned today, and while using my the dressing room I noticed the camera pointed so someone can be looking at you undressing and dressing hmmm - I did not consent to that upon entering - will not return as I feel very much violated in my privacy

We are in the process of selling our home in La Quinta and literally have an entire home of furniture, clothing, kitchen ware, house wares, and patio furniture to donate. First car/truck load of stuff at 10:30 am was brought up to the LaQuinta/Tampico Store and we were met by a woman donation attendant that was very rude, arrogant, and dismissive . It wasn't just me and my 87 year old dad but another elderly gentleman. Not sure what her problem was but needless to say the other 7 car/truck loads of donations went elsewhere along with any furniture that they'd take. Your rude customer service cost you big!! Retrain your employees or get people that want to be there.

There is a skinny women(40 - 50 years old, maybe little bit older?) Whenever I visit this store, she always angry!! She has few favorite customers, whom she serves really good( phony) . But when it comes to those whom she doesn't like, it's terrible!! Angry face! It looks like she is rude to co-workers, acting as boss! I saw poor staff kind of scared when she talks loud and rude. Maybe she needs some Psychological help? Her behavior is abusive! When I walk close to register, she starts talking in Spanish to other staff, looking at me, are you gossiping me , lol? I feel uncomfortable.Angel View managers, pls teach your stuff to serve customers!!

Really great items from clothes to home decor. They also have really friendly staff! One of my favorite places to thrift in the valley.

Noticed a piece of furniture on the way in and sent a picture to the wife. Went back towards the front of the store after hearing back from wife about wanting the piece. Staff had already loaded it into a truck to be shipped to another location. When I expressed interest in it, they were very nice about unloading it so I could purchase it. Would definitely come back after the great customer service received today.

The store needs to arrange its women’s clothes by size, not by color. At least they could arrange things by small, medium, large and extra large, arranging by color makes no sense and will not help to sell more clothes.

I moved here from San Diego not that long ago and missed all the great thrift stores we had. I checked this one out and it was great! I find a long of good clothing and occasional nick-nacks. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that the prices are pretty high for a thrift store and I wish the home section was bigger :). I also donate here often and I wish they had a program where if you donate, you get a discount coupon to shop- would be a great way to get more customers in your store and turn around product quicker ;).

I just want to say that you have one special employee that is named Mark! He works in receiving end. I am moving and have made many trips there. He is so pleasant, helpful, friendly and I can tell he enjoys his job! Take care of that one, good employees are hard to find these days. Appreciate what your company does and God Bless!

This is a pretty decent thrift store. It's fairly large and has two dressing rooms which I have come to know is pretty hard to find in a thrift store. The items in the store were organized and were easy to look through. The items were well priced as well. There was a wide variety of clothing. I got a lot of "goodwill" vibes from this place. They have their own parking lot outside which is very convenient. I would definitely go again!

i used to like coming here, the stuff they have is good. but the customer service is awful, they barely helped me and when they did they seemed irritated to help me. cashier, woman, has the worst attitude and when i asked her for help she said there wasn't anything she could do. i asked the manager for help and they did absolutely nothing. i tried to buy a few pieces and they told me i couldn't purchase them because they didn't have tags and to come back the next day and they would have them for me, came the next day and barely anyone helped me, said they didn't know where the items were. didn't find a single item i had asked for, and i'm so sad because they told me "there was nothing they could do" when clearly they were just being lazy and not wanting to do their job, because i was told that multiple times. horribly let down, never thrifting here again.

Poor management cashers rude and always in a mood they will resell Counterfeit merchandise Like if I was a regional no warning you’re on your own really expensive money hungry company greedy when they get everything for free and they still charged for taxes when goodwill does not because resell items should not pay taxes because they already pay taxes
