This place sucks and they take forever only one worker here all the time. I just got here it’s 2:40pm and nobody here. Don’t waste your time going here, just go to a bigger Verizon store.

“bait and switch” takes place when a seller creates an appealing but ingenuine offer to sell a product or service, which the seller does not actually intend to sell.I was offered a new line and was all happy and rainbows. The another month passes to find that the terms agreed upon doesn't match the reported bill. I was quoted $85/mo for business phone and internet, but in reality it's $346. Please refer to the above definition of bait and switch. I have been to the store countless times being told my bill will be $85. I have spent at least 10 hrs of my time inside this store with issues beyond issues. Pedro, Miguel, Gary, Armando and T have all promised a level of quality they could not uphold too. This is unethical and utterly unnecessary.

Unique quick and fast and above all the help was great very nice and explained details of our phone for use and as well I really the benefits of having to the new iPhone that I was unaware of very good very happy satisfied, and there was no waiting time. Thank you.

Short staff.... An hour to just pay something...... Just head out to the mall and walk the 5 mins from you car to verizon...... You will def be out faster then commimg to this place

Real friendly we came from t-mobile after 12 years. I'm bad with names. But if you're looking for a small great place this is the spot to hit. One thing is they need more phones in-stock.

The employees and management here are cheating customers and STEALING MONEY! They stole cash payments from my aunt paying her Verizon phone bill TWICE! First time was the MANAGER, Angel, second time it was a taller male, hispanic associate who did this! Instead of crediting her account, they pocketed the money! Verizon was turning her phone service off for not paying, and she was wondering why, when she had already paid. Second time it happened to her, she tried to explain to the manager what happened, and the manager Angel did absolutely NOTHING, and was very rude about it all. Well, of course he was rude and did nothing, because this manager is stealing too. So they made her pay her bill twice! My aunt is elderly and disabled, living off social security checks. This shows you what GARBAGE people they are, stealing and taking advantage of an old woman. Makes me SICK to my stomach that people like this exist. If you come paying your Verizon bill here, make sure to keep your receipts! And be careful about what personal information and documents they request. Makes me wonder what else they do to cheat customers. I would advise staying away from this place!! I want to spread the word so hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. They need to be reported to corporate, which I WILL be doing!
