No service on lunch break

Couldn’t access the building to get a box delivered at 1:25pm. I see a sign on the door that says someone will be back at 2:30pm. I assume it’s an hour long lunch break they left early for. They never updated the hours online to reflect a lunch break. And there are no self-service stations. Also, there’s a sign on the front door talking about armed robbery. The area looks nice, but maybe this is actually an unsafe area. Will not be returning.

Esther was really rude, talked to with a condescending tone and was giving me attitude when I asked her a question. Idk how you can have an employee so rude working at service facility like this!

The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!

Cindy is certainly THE best of USPS in LA, I can’t imagine anyone else could be any better than her. She’s professional, kind, polite, patient and warm hearted, she deserves a million stars in review.

Cindy is the best clerk there. But this branch doesn’t process passports, so I don’t know why people ask if appointment needed

I never thought I would call a post office a "hidden gem," but that is exactly what this location is. I honestly didn't even know it existed until I found myself nearby and looked on Google Maps for a post office. I've never seen a line here. At most, I've had one person in front of me. The people working here are always friendly and efficient. A greeting, quick service, and no extra time wasting or mindless fumbling around on the computer. That's how every post office should be. I hope this location doesn't ever close because it always seems empty when I go. Parking is great, too. I've never been able to park in the first spot at a post office. Perfect location. Learn from them, USPS.

I love this little post office. Always friendly service. They do lock their doors during lunch hours, I think it's 1:30-2:30pm. I've gone in during their lunch time and they still helped me. Sorry I made you late for lunch! Love you ladies, you're the best!! ?
