We Have had this Security System since 1998. "GREAT' Security Company. "NO" Outrageous Prices!!!. And unless you activate the "PANIC" alarm. They will call the Homeowner 1st. If /When the Alarm System is Activated. Before calling the Sheriffs Dept: , Just in case it should be a "FALSE ALARM"!. Otherwise If/When all other alarms are Triggered.Sheriffs Dept: Is automatically Notified W/O Delay.

The warehouse I was leasing used USO Security. My experience with them has been as a commercial client including Sprinkler, video, and fire alarm. 1. They saved the property management association by replacing the existing fire alarms that are hooked into the sprinkler system with a wireless system. Before each building had a separate phone line, and that was not cheap. The USO solution was a lot cheaper, and they worked with each of the warehouse owners in the property association. The installation went super smoothly. Feedback I heard from the owners was very positive - they are all into saving money. There are special certifications / licensing required, working with the local fire department, etc. 2. The warehouse I was at had a video system installed. Installation by USO was quick and very professional. My understanding was the price was very good. 3. The warehouse I was at had water in the loading dock. The question was where was the water coming from? It was a mystery. First the regular plumbing company that had a relationship with the property manager came out. That established it was not from the sprinkler system, and it did not appear to be from the regular warehouse water system. Guesses were an underground city pipe, or ? Next was having a specialist come out for leak detection. He established it was from the sprinkler system, right before it entered the warehouse. Before it got dug up, the water had to be shut off for the sprinkler system. USO was nice enough to contact the fire department, put the system into test mode, so the water could be shut off. I appreciated their quick response and professionalism in helping solve the water leak issue. My experience with USO on a commercial basis has been A+. They have been quick to respond and solve any issues.

Pretty unprofessional business. You call the company and the Asian lady just answers "hello" so immediately you ask if you are calling USO security and that is followed with an attitude response. Either way, the information that I asked no one could answer for me, I had to wait 2 days for the technician to return my call. All to tell me how many smoke detectors I needed.
