They're way higher than the rest of the gas stations nearby, but that's besides the point. I had to pay to use the air for my tires 3 times at $1.50 each time because the air time simply did not last long and the pressure was too low or something to fill up my tires. Awful and a complete waste of money if they would just let you use the air for free like any decent gas station. I had to go somewhere else anyways as my tires still were not full and I didn't feel like spending money here, like why does anybody go here? They have nothing going for them.

Very clean and cute. The employees were polite. Thankful we stopped in. We will be stopping here every time we come to California!

Absolutely price gouging!!! Prices have always been $1 higher than any other gas stations. Avoid this place.

I went to this Shell station on the corner of Hacienda Blvd and Colima Blvd to wash my car . I paid for the car wash and took car in. The car wash asked me to go up till it said stop, then a flashing notice told me I needed more money. I went out of the car wash and went over to the cashier and told her about the problem. She offered to return my money, I told her I'd try it again but needed a new # code to try it again. She gave me a dirty look and said no. I told her I needed a new code and I would use the same money. She said, rudely, the car wash is working!! She them threw the &5.00 bill at me. She's a big, dark Latina heavy woman who was taking her husband's place, who is also a big heavy guy, also very rude. These people should not work in a business where you need to be polite to your customer . I told her I'd put her on Yelp!!So here it is!

BEWARE!!!!!! I was pumping gas here yesterday. I was being continuously charged for gas even though I was no longer holding down the lever on the gas pump. I was so shocked. It only stopped charging me when I put the gas pump back. SCAM!!!!

They are not dog friendly and do not understand what a service dog is and or care if your dog is thirsty. I was holding him and wanted to buy a bottle of water but was refused service and told to leave. No sweat because there is a 7/11 convenience store right behind the Shell that let me and my service dog in and buy water with no problems.
