Overflow safety does not function. Spilled about .5+ gallons due to malfunction. It was seeming very suspicious when it took my full $20 (3.99/gal) to fill up my Prius when it was slightly over 1/2 tank full. It may be cheap, but now I'm skeptical of calibration

Absolutely worst customer service experience ever. I go to the window and both employees completely ignore me. I wait after 3 or 4 mins I ask can I buy gas the lady acts surprised like I asked can you make me an Denver omelet. She then tells me 10 mins MORE I need to wait because I needed the gas i waited..I then walk back up to window 10 mins later and she and the other employee CONTINUE TO IGNORE me even make eye contact with me and have a full on personal conversation. Ignoring the paying CUSTOMER AT THE WINDOW. I am in shock. I finally ask again may I buy some gas please she then tells me I kid you not to go through the door as I walk she says YOU DIDNT SEE ME OPEN THE DOOR? no and you saw me waiting there you didn't say please come around..I will NEVER EVER ever spend a single solitary penny here. I am disgusted how they non chalanty could care less about a customer waiting to pay money.

I would leave no stars if possible. I was completely ignored as I waited outside the window while 2 employees could care less finally after 3 or 4 mins I need to get their attention I them ask to buy gas the female replies I need to wait an additional 10 mins because I was in need of gas I wait. After 10 mins I walk back up to the window where the 2 employees completely ignore me once more EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH ME and still ignore a customer waiting to pay. Both not even acknowledged my existence just look and me and say nothing. I'm shocked. I finally ask may I buy gas now the female rudly just points at the door.. as I walk in she states YOU DIDNT SEE ME OPEN THE DOOR. wow. She saw me waiting outside and couldn't put her personal conversation on hold for 1 second and address the customer at the window? Shell is this what passes for customer service? Never ever ever will spend a single dime here i will drive a mile up the road just to pump somewhere else. I seriously would leave no stars if I could

My experience here is so awesome..so so convenient..very short walk to the cashier, I'm handicap so the short walk is so appreciated, and one cashier there, helped me, change my flat tire..I think here name was Norma O...jhernandez

Today 7/27/23 I always put gas at any shell because of the points. Well I was one block short and my car ran out of gas. First time this has happened as an adult Thankfully Blanca and Norma came to the rescue ! It was 98degrees and I was with my 4 year old son. I asked if they can help me because I didn't have a container to put gas in my car. Thankfully they assisted me and let me borrow their container until I came back. I was so flustered and they were able to make the situation comfortable and smooth. I am forever grateful and blessed these two women were working here today !!!! Great quality and service!

Workers are rude, as a person who works with the homeless population it was disappointing to see workers treat the local homeless like they were trash.. none of the cashiers are friendly nor welcoming. Not returning!

The cashier was really nice and let me know that the pump machine might give me an error if I put my card in it. He also let me have some creamers for my morning 10 hour drive. With great customer service like that it doesn't make me feel bad about having to put $100 in my tank to fill it up(: GREATLY RECOMMEND .

This happened today October 7, 2021 at about 11 am: Reported to manager Liz at this Shell Gas station in Amar rd and Hacienda Blvd LA Puente that my gas tank overflowed when it should stopped when it is filled-up. As it is .. the gas spilled out of my tank.. down to side of my car and tire and on the ground. Not only it is a waste of my MONEY and gas but also very DANGEROUS! What all Liz can say was that it has been recently inspected and there was a seal on it. I used station #4 to refill my gas tank. Now she won't give me change for my $40 for those unwanted refills. It could have continued to overflow or flood the whole area if I hadn't stopped it!!!! Told her to document the situation but just shrugged it out... Unless this is taken care of ... those noozles NOT sensing tank is getting full.. I will hv a second thought coming here.
