We have ordered water slides and bounce houses from Ruth before for the last several years and she was always reliable and brought a team to set up and tear down. She even included tablecloths and chairs for our personal tables. I will continue to use her services for parties, we've only had good experiences with her.

All one stars are true about Ruth she doesn’t know what she’s doing she’ll show you pictures from internet and tell you she could do the job get a written contract and take pictures so when you call your bank you’ll get your money back Beware

We ordered an extra large water slide this past 4th of July from Ruth and the kids played throughout the entire party well past bedtime and loved every second of it. We will definitely be using the service again from Ruth. She even saved the day last minute because we didn't have enough tables and chairs and everything was such a great price and so speedy, she made it very convenient to order everything from the same person. Put up and tear down was very quick and they really didn't need anything from us, just that we made sure our space was clear from any debris. We love this place and we will continue to come here!

Really bad service with **** she was supposed to enclose our patio for my daughters wedding brought the wrong connections she said she thought it was wood frame when she looked at it twice being aluminum wont return our calls she had her pot head boyfriend pick up chairs and tables right now were doing a charge back plus we have video of the job she never did

I rented tables, chairs and linens from here three times. Once for pick up and two times they were delivered and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend if you're looking for good service and affordable prices.

She is very nice at first but tries to charge you more once she picks up and says she forgot. When you refuse she threatens you and tells you she is going to put you all over Facebook. Do yourself a favor and do your research first and her work is so ugly and unprofessional just like her. 0 stars!!

I walked in to purchase a piñata for my daughters birthday. I didn't see the exact piñata I was looking for. Ruth came out and I asked if she had it and she said "no but I can get it for you". Within 3 business days she text me letting me know it was ready for pick up. A week later I let her know I needed a jumper and she was helpful in showing me pictures. I ended up having to cancel that because we rescheduled our event but nevertheless she was very nice and resourceful.

I was looking around for prices to rent a canopy with lights on Facebook. Sent several messages to people, and she charged me 20 to 40 dollars less than others. Asked her if they came with lights and she said yes but when I asked her for pictures she sent me stuff of things decorated with lights. Not what I asked, but I figured they had lights, so its ok. She told me 180, and she delivered a day before She was so nice! I figured I lucked out. Man, was I wrong! She got there and her nad the man shw brought looked like druggies and they took almost two hours to set up a canopy!! Then she set it up and told me that she let a side open so people could go in. Even though a while side where it is supposed to be open was. I said no to please close it. Then I asked her for the lights and she told me she would have to come back because she forgot them. Ruth had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pay her and gave me this look that I thought was weird. I told her no until she finished i would pay her. I left to run errands, gave my parents the money in case I wouldn't be back in time. They sent me a picture of what the lights and this were so ugly! I've rented canopies in the past with lights and without, and this was so unprofessional. However, there was nothing I could do about it and figured oh well with decorations and what not it won't look too bad. The following day she came back with 2 more men that also looked super sketchy. Again, took almost 2 hours to take down. We were all inside eating and I get a texted that I owed her $20 for pickup and delivery. I was taken back since she Never mentioned this in our fb messages,texts or phone calls. She had ample time to tell me and never did. She texted me to more times and I simply didn't reply. Now I know its $20 and its not about that. Its about the fact that she never mentioned it in any conversation and the rental did not meet any expectation but was definitely below. She starts knocking on the door I go outside and she tells me I owe her $20. I told her that she Never mentioned it in any conversation nor when she setup. She then told me she forgot to charge me tax and this was delivery and pickup. I told her no one had ever charged me tax or delivery and pickup. Not only that but she Never told me. She then got super mad and told me its ok what goes around comes around. I said it sure does. She gets in her car with her "workers" and is yelling out of her truck you will get payback and my family and I are in disbelief. As if conned her and not the other way around! She told me she was going to put me all over fb and let people know its really sad that she decided to be dishonest and still have the nerve to play the vicitm. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere! 2 out of the 4 businesses I have tried to support in old town have been a Huge let down. Next time I have to do my research before saying yes.

Hi everyone please do not work with this lady , she seems really nice at first , she charges you for stuff and makes you do the labor of the set up . She had the nerve to bring a dirty unsanitary jumper and told me If I dnt want to use it dnt , like hello this is a kids party wft do you mean . So my husband had to clean it the day of the party and then she was charging me for an extra tent like I should get a discount at this point what the hell . Please do your self the favor and save yourself the headaches with this business, mind you her workers look and seem like they are all on crack or something . Her lame of excuse for not doing the labor for cleaning the jumper is they were having a mental health issue, enough said ! And then she stated recording and taking pictures of the woke me and my family did with the tables . All they did was build the 20x 30 tent and put some lazy ass drapes that weren't ironed and some were falling . I wish I would have checked her on yelp before booking , her reviews are all on point . I found her on the Facebook market app .

Ruth is very sweet at first then when you return your items you rented she tries to keep your deposit makes you do all the labor of unloading tables and chairs ! She's very unprofessional and will send very uncalled for texts to your phone as well her prices are cheap but not worth it if you have to put up with a thief and lier !

If you gonna rent please take a picture first this lady didn't give me my security Deposit money According to her her table was scratch the old tables that I rent from her plus she is rude and she'll make you look for the stuff all over her messy store I will never rent from her again

The lady is not nice at all. We happened to be in the supermarket, I was paying groceries, and she started complaining the cashier was very slow.. even told her she needs to get a another job.. we were struggling with wic transaction and also told me I have no money.
