Rosy is a lifesaver! Our home insurance company dropped us due to their new system they switched to & miscommunication with our mortgage company. Other companies kept giving us the runaround with "issues," which turns out, were non-issues according to Rosy. We submitted our stuff & within 4 days, everything was approved & taken care of. Rosy was so awesome. We had to get paperwork notarized right away but my husband didn’t get out til after her closing hours. She offered to help us out by staying open a little later for us. It was so helpful, convenient and very inexpensive. Thank you Rosy.

I needed notary service however I got off work right when they close. My husband called ahead and asked if we could come in. Rosy said she would wait for us. When we got there she was so nice. I will be returning.

I wish I could give negative starts , went for a notarized letter. Paid 30.00 but was not done correctly and it was rejected by Inmigración Dept.
