They now have a security guard at the door stopping people from coming in with drinks or food. The only Ross location that does that, others don't don't.
Will never come back here. There's other Ross, Marshall's, Burlington stores close by

I went in for a $5 tshirt, and they apparently have someone going through your bags making sure your not stealing? It's so ghetto. Will not be returning. Not sure if they're blind or stupid.

Associate # 2284014 is the rudest most unprofessional female I have ever encountered in my 61 years of shopping. I think she should not only be reprimanded but fired as well ! She has given the company name of Ross the most despicable face and I will never return to that store ever because of that employee!

Very friendly staff but why are these poor employees outnumbered?? I understand now why you time the checkout but talk about add on stress. Give these poor people a break. Hire more staff or condense stores. I was able to type this while waiting in line.
