Having a car repaired is stressful but Procolor Collision made the situation less painful. The repair only took three days and the shop kept me abreast of my car by text. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The shop cleaned my extremely dirty exterior and even cleaned my interior. In addition, the waiting room had soda, water, coffee and snacks available for its customers. Finally, the staff, including Tito, were very polite and efficient. If you have to get your car repaired, highly recommended you take your car to this shop.

I recently had the pleasure of working with ProColor Collision in La Puente after an unfortunate car accident, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish Jordan and Tito demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and dedication to ensuring my vehicle was restored to its original condition.
The initial consultation was thorough, with Jordan carefully assessing the damage and providing a detailed, transparent estimate. He patiently answered all my questions, explaining the repair process and setting clear expectations regarding the timeline and costs involved.
I was consistently updated on the progress via text messages throughout the repair period. The communication was excellent, with regular text messages keeping me informed every step of the way. This transparency made the entire experience stress-free, as I always knew what was happening with my car.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was blown away by the quality of the work. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the car looked as good as new, both inside and out. Rushed to get my car in for the estimate. Got as much as they can out of it and then took their time to get it back to us. Not satisfied with the work but also did not want them to hold my vehicle any longer. Feels like it’s worse than when it came in.. and I have had a suspension creaking noise from the side they fixed and it just gets worse.

I have never experienced such horrible service until my car was brought to this shop after a collision. Am not only disgusted by my car insurance, Geico, but this shop, whom they have contracted to make repairs. My vehicle was kept for a total of 35 days. They changed the completion day 5 times and expected me to pick up my vehicle without the usage of the changing gear that was damaged in the accident, and according to one of their reps, ""A screwdriver was needed to open the small side box and manually make the gear changes with the screwdriver". After speaking(screaming) to both parties, they just thru fault at one another, never taking accountability for their unprofessional actions, and never once Jordan S. from ProCollison or Nick D. from Geico reached out to me during the 35 days my vehicle was kept to let me know about the situation, but yet expected me to pay the $500 deductible and out of pocket $150 for a rental that they did not want to cover and my insurance the monthly payment on time. I thought the accident would have been the most stressful part, never an insurance company or shop who you pay to resolve issues like this. And, yet, their mission statement reads we are in the business of saving LIVES, more like screwing them. So, if you have Geico, good luck if your car ever comes to this specific shop.

Ask your insurance to go anywhere but here. Nobody should waste their time with this shop. It feels like they're defrauding insurance companies at the expense of customer's time. Took 3.5 months to get the car back including a month of delays on their part. Just to get the car back and immediately have to pull over bc the radiator wasn't even hooked up. Had to wait an extra 2 hrs on the side of the road waiting for them to fix their mistake. AC never worked again. Said they'd add more refrigerant, but never did. They offered to detail the car after waiting on the side of the road but they just wiped down the dash and steering wheel with armor all wipes, then left the used wipes in the car. I had to drive 1.5 hrs 3 times to pick up and drop off the car.I have never felt so disrespected by someone's service before. Their service is horrible and not worth any amount of money or time.

Took my car in for repairs, which they fixed but they gave me a runaround of when it was going to be done because of parts that hadn't come in. Took much longer than needed either because they didn't order the correct parts or they just couldn't finish on time. Poor communication skills especially Manny who never had a clue on what was going on. When I finally picked up my car I found out that my car was missing parts that had been there when I took it in. I told Jose about it and said he would order the parts since they could not find them at the shop. It's been 2 weeks now and still haven't gotten the parts that are missing. He said he would call me back with updates since they were taking longer than expected to be delivered or he just never ordered them to begin with. So frustrating!! I feel like they think I wouldn't notice the missing parts(because I'm a female)!! I know a lot about my car. I don't have a super sport just for looks.....

One of worst repair shop to ever come to my vehicle was crashed 02/10/22 and didn't get it back till a year after. I went through 3 managers during that time period I was so stressed out because of them and till this day they're still fixing my car. Just giving you guys a heads up. Don't give them your service

They exceeded my expectations they made sure to deliver a professional after product. Call you to keep you in the loop through the whole process with updates. Parts were delayed due to the type of car I have. But they were very fast. I was very happy with the results. They make sure to deliver an exceptional job not half assed. The manager was great gave good customer service and explained throughly in detail about the work that was done. They even cleaned and detailed my car.

They did an awesome job on my GLS. They are fast and professional. They texted me and kept me posted through the whole process. It took sometime to get some parts for my car, but I understand because of covid. Good place to get your car fixed
