If I could give this store no stars I would … my husband is a self employed mobile mechanic , he had been purchasing parts for his clients his for a few years now . Up until 2 months ago that my husband started going to a closer store not giving this location their great sales with his business . My husband went in to this location 1 month ago and the manager Phelps unprofessionally and infront of multiple clients told my husband to leave and that he no longer needed his business
( purchasing parts at this store ) . Today , June 14 , 2024 my husband went in to pick up a part that he had already paid for at another location , upon arrival to the store my husband presented the receipt of the part paid for at previous location , Phelps the manger proceeded to say no he didn’t have that part as it was right behind the counter , proceeded to say no he didn’t want my husband’s business at this store that he wasn’t going to assist him , and proceeded to unprofessionally kick him out in front of a few other customers , loudly telling my husband if he wanted to take it outside … they would but that he should leave …. All of this was unprofessional as it was done in front of employees and customers … we DO NOT wish for him to be fired at all … he simply needs to handle store business leave personal things aside and treat all customers the same as he is another employee and simply be professional…

Excellent service, fast attention and I consider it quite professional, now I think that not all stores have qualified personnel, or with extensive experience, I say this because on one occasion when I was in a store the person did not tie or untie, perhaps he was new and did not have a lot of experience

Came to this store because the autozone near me moved to a different location. I’ll be making the trip to autozone to avoid O’Reilly’s after my experience. My car battery died and even though I was willing to purchase a new battery from this location the employee said the company wouldn’t allow him to put it in for me because it had wires and a cover attached to it. After he did a battery test and told me my battery was no good my car wouldn’t start. When I asked if he could charge the battery he claimed he would give me a jumpstart, but never did. He attempted to “charge” the battery, but it was completely dead.
Since I had my 7 year old with me a jumpstart so I could get home would have been nice like he said, but whatever. AAA saved the day.

The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful.Unfortunately they didn't have all the parts I needed.He informed me they could have what I need by 4 pm.I wanted to get the project done and finished by then so I had to get some items there and the rest at a local competitor.

Went in to get a part and Robert was not only knowledgeable on what part I needed but also helped me install it right away. He was super friendly and has great customer service. Good job to management on having a wonderful, super intelligent and excellent employee. If you ever need a specialist he is your guy!!

"My recent visit to O'Reilly for a specific car part was kind of a rollercoaster. The initial cashier, this older guy, kept hitting me with the 'I don't know' and straight-up ignored me, which was pretty frustrating. To make things worse, when I tried getting help from other employees, it was like I was invisible. then next morning, I ran into this awesome Asian employee in wish I got his name, Even though he couldn't find the exact part, he hooked me up with a good alternative and really knew his stuff. But here's the deal, the service vibes were all over the place. Morning crew? Solid,but the Afternoon? Not so much. With the initial cold shoulder and hit-or-miss help. so moral of the story if you come in you better know what you need.

Great customer service, engine check light went on - Cesar was very helpful connecting the device and finding out if they carry the part.

These dudes answer the phone, leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you. And then when you call back they don't answer. I walk in the store and it is empty, no line and everyone on their phones. Is the district manager aware this is going on @ this location?

I like coming here, always find what I need for my car. Even though I heard the men saying they were very busy, they still took the time to help with everything I needed.
