I hired Tim to replace kitchen counters in June 2023. He came to measure several times. It was agreed that we would reuse the old sink in the kitchen and laundry room but we would replace the cooktop.There was a great deal of miscommunication as there was no clear layout drawn just a piece of paper which was confusing or a template made to show how the final product would look. He came in several times to correct his mistakes. He neglected to silicone the seams of the stone counters in the laundry room which completely ruined the paint and the wall seal in the laundry room. When I forwarded him the bill from the plumber he yelled at me and denied it was his responsibility. In addition there was an issue with the electrical outlets left exposed and the junction box covered up. He claimed that he would fix it but not he does not answer his phone for the last month.It is an old house built with plaster. He had no idea what that was so we had to hire someone else to replace the plaster so we can cover the damage he made to the wall in taking out the tile.His workmen try their best but are limited to the instructions that he provides that are meant to make shortcuts and the results limited.His work is really mediocre and there is a clear language barrier which could have been easily resolved by cutting a template and having the customer understand the work being performed and avoid miscommunication. He does not do that.His work is faulty and he does not stand behind it. I now have to hire some else to complete the work. Not only that but he took the leftover stone and now we have to purchase more stone which does not match what we have further complicating the issue. Avoid him all cost even though Color Marble the stone distributor recommends him.There is no mention on his website of Tim's last name or his contactor number which I assume he does not have.His work is faulty and is not suited for replacing counters in an existing kitchen with old cabinets.

I know Tim because Color marble recommended this company to us when we purchased the stone. But it end up with a nightmare! Tim came to take measurement several times, but end up with wrong size taken, so his installer had to come back 3 times to finish the patching and caulking to cover all the wide seams and size discrepancies, and the sad thing is that they thought they made it up but it's actually a very bad job done - The back splash behind my oven is with 2 wide seams on each side ( to connect the cabinets) , plus the crooked cutting lines and patch with small pieces to make the connection in some areas. The worst thing is Tim ignored my phone call and didn't even come back to inspect ever since the installer finished. I regretted to take the recommendation from the sales who I purchased the stone from Color Marble! I am now feeling very embarrassing to entertain my friends and family in this kitchen!

I am completely satisfied with New Sky Line Stone. The cost of their stone slaps and installation is the lowest prices I've ran across. Office personnel are every helpful and friendly. In February 2019 they installed a granite countertop for our bar. I was so happy with the results, I hired them to install granite countertops in our kitchen. Again very happy with the results. I strongly recommend New Sky Line for your stone work projects.
