very bad the girl that was working there either she wasn't trained or she doesn't know anything about customer service, I wanted to report her but I didn't know where . There was another customer before me and the person didn't want to leave because he didn't get the right answer and she was telling him to go to another store , I wish I would be known his boss to report her.

Had sum trouble w/ a my new Z Fold 4 & after going to different locations w/ no help, I returned on a Saturday to find one guy who has done adjustments on said phone & luck has gone my way too for he fixed problem!!!!! Oh I only wish I recalled his name & hrs he worked!!!!
