When me and my mom went there to cancel the line for some tablets there were some new workers there that we haven't seen before all I know is that there not doing much of a good work I've seen a dude run out angrily please if you the store answer this comment please speak with those workers there being very confusing and weird along with rude we even called customer service my mom has been coming here for years and this never happened before (I'm just shocked and my mom doesn't know what to do with the tablets we bought since customer service said we can return stuff in and a girl worker there got kinda mad and said that customer service doesn't do a good job, so we are stuck with some tablets that we can't return anymore and can't transfer the wifi line into it from the other tablets along with that we can't cancel it so my mom has to pay for it still this is just upsetting they seem like they don't know what there doing)

I went in to get a new phone that my insurance covered for and the guy or multiple of the guys that was working there made me buy an entirely new phone with a new number claiming it would be cheaper then just switching the sims card to a new phone. It took an hour for them to just keep my old number still active but they're still making me pay for a line I'm not using and it's ridiculous, never returning to this store again.

The experience at this place was terrible the guy j was rude obnoxious humiliating me for the people I went in originally to pick up a internet box he goes let me go get one then he comes out and says no I don't have any I'm already can you order me one he goes no I can't but I'm not and I'm like excuse me then I asked him for a card he says we don't have one He shouldn't be allowed to be working there the owner of this facility your business is terrible the way you allow your employees to treat people I had a report him they said they were going to do an investigation anybody that has to go to Metro go somewhere else

I have been a consumer to this metro store for over five years now, recently I went to purchase a T-Mobile cell phone.I had to go back the next day to return it due to making an out going call and my voice wasn't being heard. So I let the rep Lupe know of the situation and she gave me a very hard time to replace it for one that worked, telling me.....it being a final sale she shouldn't return it at all. I mentioned to her ..." The phone you sold me doesn't work" I told her I wasn't asking for my money back but to provide me with a pH that works.She mentioned that due to policy on receipt that she doesn't have to replace it. But that she would this time cause she checked it and it didn't work. Next day I had a different phone and the same thing happened with that one very low sound on my speaker to hear when I get a call , so I took it back telling the same representative Lupe of this phone and she didn't want to replace it and told me to leave the store. How unprofessional and rude . I told her I would be informing the BBB on the way they handle there business at that location.

Very first time coming to this location, it's the closest one from home. Mama needed assistance with SIM card, the girl who helped us was very friendly, nice and patient throughout the process, she made sure everything was functioning properly before we left, which we appreciate. Excellent customer service! Thank you

I arrived with my family 9 min before closing 6:51 just to switch lines which we were told we needed to do in person and that it was a $10 fee, they told us it takes no more than 5 min i let the person know that there was still time and he refused to help us and started ignoring me trying to tell him it was something quick. Very unprofessional to close earlier than the time said.

Been with MetroPCS for two years ,, have upgraded my cellphone several times with out any issues.. recently purchased a Galaxy A7 Lite Samsung Tablet for $94 from Jocelyn.. unlimited data with monthly payments of $15 including activation.. a great deal ,, I recommend anyone looking for good service and reasonable monthly payments to check out a MetroPCS ..

Wow nobody was able to help me and manager Jocelyn is never around. Lupe is so rude and not helpful at all. So sad that this place is even open horrible customer service. I give zero rating.
