Sent my MBZ Sprinter van for repair per recommendation of a smog check station owner. For over four months’ time the
shop couldn’t figure out what happen that truck engine couldn’t even start after a week in their shop. Finally they decided to send it to a Mercedes Benz dealer and charge another $5000 to replace the onboard computer and still the engine light wouldn’t go away and still couldn’t pass the smog. The stuffs are always “busy” or on lunch break and horrible at follow up when issue occurs.

If you do not know the market pricing, you will be ripped off. It's better going to big franchisor with transparent pricing. I was overcharged by this store once and never went back. They do not have mercy doing business.

It's too bad! I agreed on a time to pick up the car, but when I arrived at the scene, I said "impossible"!
If it cannot be completed on time, you should inform it in advance instead of telling the customer when they arrive on site!
Especially the attitude is extremely bad ~ "impossible"! ?
Could it be that the customer lied about coming to pick up the car early?
Maybe it doesn’t matter if you lose a customer, but with such a negative attitude towards customers, let everyone think about their own choices.

I would rate zero star if possible. I was so upset about this place destroying my valued S600 that it has taken me a while to leave this review. My car was running perfectly, no leaks, no other issues only issue was AC not working. They said had to wait for part to come from Germany. Took over 4 weeks and thousands of dollars I ended up with AC that worked for 20 minutes and did not work after that. Mechanic drove the shit out of my car heat saturated my twin turbos, put a hole in my radiator, they took the car back and forth to a dealership 3 of 4 times without my authorization because they could not figure out the AC problem and at the end dealership West Covina MB who sold the AC compressor would not warranty compressor sold on M-Stars repair because it was done wrong ( did not flush the system). Top it off this guy charges me for my radiator his mechanic broke when replacing the compressor (i had no leaks prior to bringing car there). I left there $3000k less money, burnt turbos and no working AC and greasy footprints on my cream colored floor mats! The mechanics should not be trusted working on Camry's let alone a top line car like the $145k S600. BEWARE TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS BENZ TO THE DEALER SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE $$ AND YOUR CAR!!

I love this auto repair shop so much, it was recommended to me by a friend. The first time I went to them to change the brake pads, it was $60 cheaper than Honda. They are really professional and the service is very good, if there is 10 stars I would really like to give them. I will recommend this car repair shop to my friends.
