These people steal have of your income tax and she makes it seem like there charging you for different things worse place I have ever been scammer for sure

Some guy that works here whom wears glasses was going to charge me 200 dollars to just do my taxes and it was just only me they were easy and he was going to charge me that much. DO NOT COME HERE !! He thought i was d*** but i told him to not proceed my taxes and I left. He was a latino guy

Called (yesterday) and set up a 12 o'clock appointment for today. I showed up at 11:45 and waited until 12:30 and the place was still closed. Got a call a few minutes later but, HR block down the street was able to accommodate me.
