I found a shirt with a small hole on the collar, i asked for a discount,the MOD was called to the register and she said that she would not give me a discount. I was upset but my son wanted it so I bought it anyway. I told the MOD that the shirt cost them nothing, it was used and had a hole on it and I would appreciate a price reduction. Her answer was still no. I have been shopping at Goodwill for decades. This is the 3rd time that I ask for a discount and the first time I was told no.

Its was good customer service was good just there was much of a variety unfortunately it was pretty empty the clothing racks were.

The manager Christina at this location is very unprofessional Rude and has no manners what so ever! I was very dissapointed!! Never again go to this location I asked the manager a simple question then said I was Harrassing her what a delusional person then claims she the district supervisor and she above everyone which found out she really ain’t I called corporate to put a complain on that female CHRISTINA the manager at this location la puente ca! Don’t even bother going their bad costumer service!??

Got a small collection for guys maybe 4 or 5 racks. Great brands though. Huge ladies selection 3/4 of the store is for woman!
