At first I thought this shop was nice, took my Electric bike to get my back tired flat replaced and brakes looked at and costed me $85 that took over 2 weeks to fix and they broke my electric bike motor. Which they ended not picking up my calls and not willing to fix. I called for 2 months straights and showed up 3 times on Saturdays and they did not open the shop. The Owner stood me up stating he was going to show up an hour from the time of meeting and did not show. It ended up costing me over $300 to fix this problem they had caused. I DO NOT RECOMMENT TAKING YOUR BICYCLES TO THIS PLACE TO FIX!!!!! Scam!!!!

Don't go here, the guy will try to get you to leave your bike at the shop just to change a flat tire, a flat tire change should take no longer than 5 minutes, no reason to leave the bike there.

Quick service and reasonably priced. I’ve been taking my road bike and mountain bikes here for at least a couple of years now, and they always do a good job and have them ready within a day or so.

By far the worst experience I have had at a bike shop let alone at any retail shop. The employee or teenager was in his car and not inside the shop when we walked in despite the shop being open with no one present inside. which was very odd.The teenager working the counter was utterly rude and disrespectful, he kept cutting me off and would not double check the wrong part and miss information on the threaded bolt on numerous attempts that only made the ordeal worst than it needed to be. His dishonestly, lack of attention and demeanor was insulting my intelligence as he was incapable of being present and was trying to expedite me out the door in an empty shop. Dont waste your time and money here, I'm sure the owner is a great and honest guy but this interaction with the teenager working the counter was despicable . . .

The prices we surprisingly less expensive then I thought they be. I went in to get a new bike seat, handles and lights for my bike and they were friendly and fast at replacing. I rode home happy and pleased with the things I bought. I would recommend going here to get stuff for your bike.

Juan( owner) was so wonderful. Small business owner treated me like family. Good price on my ebike purchase! Looks like he does quality work and prices listed are fair. Customer service seems to be top priority. Thanks Juan and Wayne . See you for all of my future bike needs.

I was having a bad week already and then I got a flat tire didn't have my wallet with me didn't have any money explain to the owner my situation , he was so nice he was so genuine he took care of my bike got me in and out in like 5 minutes. It was awesome. There aren't that many people like that anymore. Who help people in my situation. Anyways I'll definitely be ONLY going there from now on. They've got pretty much everything you need for your bicycle! Thanks again!

Best bike shop in the Hacienda Heights area, I been having a problem with my electric scooter for 2 months not being able to use it and they fix it in 1 hour, such good customer service.

I'm no where close to being an expert to learning how bikes work and I was trying to pump some air into my tires but it wasn't going through. These guys showed me how it was supposed to work and I learned it was something so simple. Thanks to these guys I get to go biking.
