Friendly courteous and helpful service. Lived in this city over 54 years of my life. Ever since I was elementary school I have frequented Golden Jug. Whether it be getting milk or eggs for my mom or a ice cream or snack got me. This is the place to goLiquer is fully stocked and always open for suggestions. A family oriented atmosphere. I strongly suggest Golden Jug Liquer as your one stop covience shop. Thank you for always #1 service.

I have been coming to this Liquor store store for years! The guy that works the front counter is always so nice and helpful. I guess next time I will get his name.and I will update here. They have pretty much everything at this liquor store. It's somewhat pricey that's why I gave it a 3 star. I usually visit Ito get my lotto tickets..I always say I'm gonna win this time, then tell the guy if I win you win! then after he hands me the tickets he will always say Good Luck!

I see these dirtbags only have 1 star and I'd give them a 0 stars if I could. I went inside and asked about a bottle no longer made that is worth $350-375 but I've found at original MSRP of $99 and they are asking? $400. Now I collect whiskey and remember seeing it here for that price years ago and back then? The owner offered it to me for $300 flat. So that is why I came here, to see if I could buy it for that price which he quoted me a couple years ago, and guess what? The bottle was still sitting right there on the shelf. Really no surprise when you try to gauge the public with a price of 400% over MSRP retail. But I know this bottle is worth $300-350 now so I want it. Nope. $400. Flat. No tax. I didn't want it for that but I tell the guy working there I'll go outside and call a buddy and ask him if he wants it. I go outside and call my friend. He says go back in and offer $350 but if they say no, just buy it for the offered price of $400. He wants it for his collection. I don't need another. When I go back in? The guy working there says he got a text from the owner who saw some stupid price online that is high as heck, something you can do on ANY bottle of liquor. Not the true value of the bottle. This nice bearded guy who works there says the owner said he just changed his mind because of that price he saw online at ButtFuckYou Liquors. Now, because of it, he wants it taken off the shelf and if I want it still I will have to pay $1000!?!? It's so laughable but now my friend is pissed at me and does not believe me, thinks I changed my mind and ended up buying it for myself-- Ugh!!! I assure him I did not buy the bottle and will post a review on Yelp to prove it and he can drive over and try to work a deal with the oil baron amateur hour crap liquor store himself-- I'm out of it. The guy who owns Golden Jug is a complete scumbag. Really. Known to be so. Don't buy your liquor here. Go to the better stores up and down the street that don't gouge customers beyond the standard 27-35% mark-up on booze. F@#% these nozzles.

Beware: if you purchase beer here, make sure you check the expiration date. My husband bought expired beer that was expired last year. Never coming back here again.
