Terrible insurance. Went in to get insurance, Alexis was telling me about my coverage when I hear a messenger sound pop up, she smiles & tells me hold on so she can write back to whoever messaged her. I'm assuming she was writing to her male coworker they were both typing but that's my guess I could be wrong. I hope I am. Also I think workers should park elsewhere instead of parking in front where the building is. Customers should park there. My opinion..

Best insurance I've have had. No joking. They are really helpful friendly and really do help on there prices. I have had a sespended LIC and 2 tickets. And payed absolutely no broker's fee(enrollment fee or paperwork broker's fee) I pay only 49 dollars on a nis/versa/ pp2 2014

I am a little upset writting this. I got a new policy over the phone and afterwards I was told that they didn't take payments over the phone. So I had to get out of the dmv line and go into the office, which then took about 45 min!!! And had to sign and I intial about 40 pages. The girl was really nice and trying to rush, it's not her fault. But c'mon ita 2019... I've never dealt with an insurance company like that... and all that paper wasted. Needless to say I missed my appointment.
